Cashier was polite. Food took awhile to get. Ordered Chicken Katsu Curry. Needed more Katsu sauce. Otherwise, ok. Not busy on a Monday afternoon around 1:30, but many tables dirty. Customers that came in as well as myself were wiping our own with napkins. Bathroom could use some tidying up and restocking. My husband ordered Grilled Chicken Breast with curry. Chicken was chewy and underneath there was weird water. **Increased from 2 stars to 3 stars. My husband showed the water under his chicken. The cashier said it was probably from the cabbage. They gave him haupia (my husbands favorite lol to compensate)

Oh my! Over the years I have enjoyed take out from Uno. It started to become inconsistent in the quality of the bbq beef and kalbi ribs. So we stopped getting take out for several months. Last week we tried again and it was fantastic. So we got the same thing for take out tonight. It was HORRIBLE tonight, it was inedible. Some of the pinces of meat had a bad odor and some of the meat could not be chewed. THE BBQ beef had long strands of ... something that was like a rubber band. .. Needless to say we will never be back!

My experience is based on several visits. Their customer service ruins them. They are slow providing you with your order and slow to acknowledge you (even when you stand at the counter for five minutes). The cashiers would rather answer the phone than speak with someone before them. My meal grew cold on the back counter as a cashier spoke on the phone for eight minutes. Be sure to check your food before you leave as they might have neglected to provide you with your complete meal. I will never visit this location again.

I used to go to the one on 40th st. They were really good! This place sucks! 3 times ago my meat was filled with tons of fat and gristle. 2 times ago I substituded my cabbage for macaroni salad. They gave me 1 scoop extra. What a joke! Last time I called my order in they said 10 minutes. I live 15 away and still had to wait for my food while she served 6 people in front of me. Maybe they were hesitant to make the food cause people order and then dont show up. Every time I go in the customer service sucks!

Wish I could give it no stars!! Food is okay, I have had better for less. Workers dont give a sh%* about customers and theres never a manager. If I owned the joint theyd all have to go, every single last one of em. Dont know what the problem is at Ono but they need to fix it quick. Corporate aint no better. If your order gets screwed up your on your own. Not really sure what the motivation is behind their not taking responsibility for their screw ups and trying to make it right with the customer.

Same dining experience as if you were in Oahu HI. Portions are awesome. Go for the mix meat combo, usually they give more meat than the other combos. Gets pretty busy during lunch time so If you want to skip the line or the wait, grab a menu at one of your visits and order just like a takeout. By the time you get there your order will be ready to dine-in or to take-out. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. Parking space is always available with no hassle at this location.

I got burnt chicken and all they offered as a replacement was a bowl of rice. Also I asked for a water cup but since they apparently were all out I was offered a bowl to drink out of like some dog. The manager had the nerves to laugh about it as well. Worst service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend for anybody to go to this location. Also when I asked for corporate number to complain they gave me a number that was out of order.

Always loved this place! As close to Hawaiian food as I can get. Of course, not as great as the food in Hawaii!! Ive been coming here since hubby was stationed at Luke, and they always gave generous portions, and the food was delicious!! The food is still great, but the quality and portions have somewhat diminished. They no longer have Loco Moco! Boo! Manapua and Spam Musubi are yummy! Grab a cold Strawberry Lilikoi to wash it down!

Place is awesome... I always get the Hawaiian bbq chicken with extra macaroni salad. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit to get your food but fresh meat takes a few minutes to cook. The cashiers are always friendly with me. I have been here more than ten times since i live within 5 minutes and Ono is sooo delicious. I always try what my girl or family orders but if your gonna try it try the #1 Hawaiian bbq chicken!

Chicken was low quality with way too much breading (something I never thought Id complain about) and overall just tasted like grease. Took forever to get our order and there was a LOT of customers waiting at the same time... Almost like they just stopped making orders for a while. Self service counter (with sauces and what not) was empty. Soda machine had a big pile of ice on it that was overflowing onto the floor.

The atmosphere was not unlike everyother store front restaurant and the service was efficient. The food itself was ify, and Im not saying that because I was born and raised in Hawaii...the kalua pork was watery and the portion was ridiculously small for the price. The mac salad was over salted and the haupia was too sweet. The barbeque amd katsu chicken were the saving grace to the meal. Stick with the chicken!

They suck... when my mexican friend wanted a water cup he was ignored a couple of times. When he finially found out they were out of cups they wouldnt just give him a small cup nope they offered him a bowl! A bowl for real they (the worker and manager included) all laughed like it was some joke to have a mexican drink out of a bowl like some dog! Will never go back! They are racist!

We use to go here a lot but havent been for a while. We went out of our way to go there today and it was horrible. All of the soft drinks were flat and when we told them about it they just said they already knew. The service was horrible. The restaurant was so hot it was uncomfortable. We ended up barely eating $40 worth of food and left. We wont be back.

When you need a Hawaiian fix. They cant get you the scenery or weather, but you get a taste of the island fare. The wait time is shorter than island time, but longer than most fast food restaurants because it isnt sitting in warming trays waiting to be nuked (a la McDonalds). Wish this one had the manapua like the Scottsdale location.

My introduction to this place was ten years ago, and I fell in love with it. Huge portions of delicious meats, rice, and incredible macaroni salad - and a lot more. Those are just the combo plates that I love. The crispy shrimp is awesome. I have been to one other location, and I much prefer this one for the friendly service.
