Came into the one on Power and Southern in Mesa. Arrived at 9:00pm and theyre open until 10...Placed our order and wanted to also have a shake. Was told we couldnt because they had already broke down and cleaned the machine. IT WAS 9:00!! Why was the machine not in service when you are clearly open until 10?!? Nothing was in the dessert case, so that wasnt even an option....Very disappointed in the lack of customer service here! The customers wants, far out way your need to end your shift right at 10:00pm. I can assume how much money your business looses on a nightly basis because of this practice.

Yes, its a chain. However, they have a good product- perfectly cooked burgers on fresh ingredients. I have the 1/2 Lb Works burger and it slays my hunger every time. They customize the burger as you wish. The adds are good too- steak fries , fresh veggies for toppings etc. It can be a bit pricey, but worth it compared to lower quality burger stops. Their shakes are also good, so try then if you have saved up some calories. This location has good staff that is polite and patient. Appreciate that.

For what I just paid for expecting what is show on your menu is a long distance difference, Ive sent pics of my pick orderor to the manager of this store to show the discrepancy and sad price for sad showing of pride in what they send out to the customer. At max $3.50 for the Bourbon burger and Southwest, $1.50 for chilli cheese fries at most for 6 pieces covered in cheese. Good thing it was a gift card, but will tell others dont waste money on something you can make at home that is 10xs better.

Better then i remember. Its been at least 20 years since Ive been to fuddruckers and i didnt like it back then. So, we thought we would try it again, and to our suprise, It was good. I had the veggie burger and my husband had the bison burger. He liked the seasoning that is on the fries and i didnt care for it so next time Ill try the sweet potato fries. The sweet cherry cream soda pop is very good and the milk shakes are nice and thick.

As a burger connoisseur in search of that Perfect American Hamburger for the last 20 years I have been to many good, many bad and a few great hamburger joints. This is the ONLY chain place that has that rare GREAT burger. Not perfect, but oh so good every time. One pounder for under $10. Cooked properly temp wise, and seasoned correctly, you cant go wrong here. Oh, and Im a professional chef....just saying.

For being a chain burger joint, its has decent burgers. Nothing to wow over anybody exactly, but it does ultimately come out on top for me because you can prepare your burger just the way you like it at the condiment bars. Nothing bad to say about the service; not much interaction is needed to get what you want. The staff is friendly enough when taking your order at least.

I would give it 5... but... I came in about an hour before they closed... ordered a burger and fries... no problem. .. however if I wanted any desserts such as a shake which I wanted.... I couldnt because they already broke it down. ... 60 min before closing! I guess its all about the employee getting out as early as they can and not the customers

If you are in the mood for the PERFECT hamburger made EXACTLY how you like it, this is the place to go. From the vast selection of sandwiches and burgers, to the fresh toppings and assortment of condiments, Fuddruckers never disappoints. The price can be high if you get a drink and fries with your burger, but Id say its worth it.

My husband and I decided to stop by since we have never been to Fudruckers. the service was speedy and the option after you get your food were great, unlimited hot nacho cheese! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the building was very warm and uncomfortable.

1/2#er is the perfect size for me. Cooked perfectly medium rare every time. Some day I will try an elk or buffalo burger. A million different flavors of drinks, too. I even make myself a little salad from the veggie selection and put ranch dressing on it.

Brought the family here to try the food out we were surprised how amazing the burgers were the kids love the chicken fingers and the wife and I had two different types of burgers the amount of vegetables and condiments are overwhelming

Great experience just going to this restaurant, the food is great, the atmosphere is fantastic, and there are so many options its a little overwhelming but the staff is very patient if you find yourself unable to make a speedy decision

So I got the fish sandwich and it was terrible tasted like its been in the freezer for month way too much breading my mom got the crispy chicken Bacon sandwich in her word a drag coleslow had no flavor would never comeback again

Best burgers Ive had, have to eat them warm. Only messed up my order once out of 30x ( gave me someones raw/rare burger + 1/3rd instead of 2/3rds lb), so make sure yours is always cooked, but otherwise best + juiciest burgers!

We live nearby and will frequently place an order for pickup - either online or by phone. I have yet to have them get an order right. The food is good but how hard is it to follow the directions of an online order?

Love their green leaf lettuce! Most other places have iceberg (which is nutritionally pathetic), but here I can pile on tons of amazing greenery! Only better thing would be Organic....maybe thatll come soon!

Great food and shakes. I have never been disappointed in that aspect. However the last few times they have had only 1 person on register during a lunch rush. Making the wait to order ridiculously long.

In the past Ive only been to Fuddruckers for lunch and it was pretty darn good, for dinner I will never go back again. Too big thumbs down on their domestic beer selection. My burger was very subpar.

This really is one if the best burger places in the area. The toppings you can add at your leisure are reason enough to come. They recently remodeled and it looks great. Very clean and great prices

I love Fuddruckers! I get the 1lb burger, top it with pico De Gallo, jalapeño, ketchup, shredded lettuce, and grab some pickles on the side. It is so unbelievably delicious.
