Every time we come to this burger king is a huge mistake. They always and I mean always forget one thing or another. This time the buns were stale and they forgot something. And we were told they were out of onion rings but only had enough to make the rodeo sandwiches. When I went in to get the food they forgot I was treated as if I was lying. Poor customer service to the point of never returning. And when a child complains about the fries tasting nasty something is wrong. Hope the next burger king I go to isnt like this or Ill give up on burger king all together.

Just went throw your drive-thru and because i have a diabetic toddler, ordered fries with no salt. Got home to what seemed not just a little salt but extra salt. Surely are you trying to kill you customers? Now i recall why i dont frequet BK: trashing all that food because we can not eat it salted; waste of money and time. Please BK People dont just order no salt without meaning it. Tried to e-mail the store directly but e-mail comes but with a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)". No one answers the call. Simply Done as lesson learned.

High of 110 today and for a empty lobby it sure was dirty, Every table. My daughter asked for a rag they gave her napkins. Until I asked them to clean a table. Seats were left dirty. Food was warm but not hot. Not fresh and there bathrooms were just as dirty. The drinks were pretty much out. Experience could have been so much better.

I asked for heavy mayo heavy onion and thats literally all I got on my whopper...and no reciept so i cant tell you whether they put it in the system wrong or just made it wrong.

I stopped here one evening with my 3 grandkids who were feeling picky. They made a cheese sandwich for my granddaughter even though its not on the menu. Great customer service!
