The food was really great! We had the BYOB, and they were delicious. The fries and tater tots were pretty great too. Reasonably priced and tasty. The service, however, is the reason for the 3 stars. Our waitress was very, very rude. She looked at her watch and shook her head as people came in, and kind of just sulked around being upset that people kept coming into the restaurant. If the food wasnt good, we would have walked out. I know that servers have tough jobs, as I work in the customer service area as well, however, my husband and I are always very pleasant when we go out to eat, and we just expect a kind, pleasant attitude in return. We probably wont be back to this location, but will try the other in Old Town Scottsdale.

Great burgers. Tots and home made chips are basic but tasty enough. Surprisingly good beer selection. Not the 18 variations of American horse you-know-what that I had feared ;) For example, 4 IPAs on tap. Its an awesome sports bar, too. Many large flat screen TVs. My only nitpick is that many types of beer, like American craft ales, are not meant to be served that cold. (Yeah, I know "cold" is part of their name, but still...) Each sip takes a while to get past the cold to the taste. So if youre a craft beer nerd like me, order your second beer with your first.

I was in town for a friends wedding so the first thing we asked the front desk concierge at our hotel was: "where can we find a place to eat? were looking for beer and burgers." She told us to head to Old Town where there are many places to eat. As our cabby drove us down N. Scottsdale we saw a sign from Heaven - COLD BEER & CHEESEBURGERS. Seemed like we pretty much had to stop and eat. Me and the other two people I was with were very pleased with the service, food, and new micro beers. Cute waitresses and TVs to watch sports, nough said.

Worst experience ever! So much for a valentines day lunch memory! After an hour as we were walking out the door finally someone came over to tell us our food was almost ready. Corporate will be receiving a call from us. May have a good burger but be prepared to wait for it. 2/15 update: Corporate management Square one was very responsive to our experience and has made good on our experience. While I will continue to support their franchises I hope the experience at this location improves

Worst experience Ive had in a while. Showed up for a pickup, a burger and a shake.. the shake was done and melting whilst I continued to wait for the burger to me completed for 20 mins. When I asked for shake to be remade they brought it in the back for a second and returned the same shake to me...When i confronted the GM on this issue. He defended his staff, lied and said he remade it himself!!!! I could still see the straw hole from before!!! Not right!!

Thursday 3/24 our waitress clearly had little or no experience, we had to ask for silverware twice, before going to the manager and asking how they would like us to eat our salads. Our waitress never checked on us once, and then proceeded to bring us the wrong bill. We will NEVER be back to that location and the managers needed to step up a lot more than they did.

I would have liked to eaten here, showed up at 8:45, was seated promptly, then 14 min later a couple sat next to us and they were served first. Now 15 min without a hello, that is a little ridiculous. So our party of three left. Very disappointed, I really wanted to try this place. And by the way there was 3 waiters and 5 occupied tables. Lame

Great selection of beers and cocktails. The food is always delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and fun, whether just there for a meal or to catch a game. There are plenty of TVs and the staff is great about finding whatever game you want to watch. Theres also a nice patio, but they open up the windows, so even inside is nice. Love this place!

Sammie was our server, she was extremely rude and in a bad mood. A table called her over and she yelled out " I see you! Im the only one here and I have 6 tables" I was with 3 friends and we are all servers and that is not any way to handle a situation or treat customers. Not to mention it took over 30 minutes for the food to come out.

Went in for lunch after having heard about it. I sat at the bar, server very friendly and efficient. The burger I ordered with fries and was served promptly and looked very appetizing. To say it was delicious would be an understatement. I cant wait to go back. Has to be the best burger Ive had in the 7 years Ive lived here.

Amazing burgers and brews. The burgers at this place are huge, so fresh and delicious! When it gets busy, the food takes a bit longer than you may like to arrive, but the servers are friendly and attentive, and there are plenty of tvs and awesome atmosphere to pass the time. Large beer menu, oh and try the tater tots!

I come here to watch my Cubbies play as much as possible. It can be very busy on the weekends but the servers and the people make it worth it to put up with the crowds. Food is good and the beer is better. Its got a great open air patio that you can pass the time by just watching the cars pass by. Love it!

Went on a Monday just after noon. The place was about 25% full. Waitresses very average appearing. Took over 30 minutes to get a burger off of the menu. Not too impressed. It was a nice day to sit outside weatherwise. Ring of fire burger showed up. It was good. Bartender has nice boobs too.

Blown away by the flavor of their burgers. This is the first groupon experience weve had that the restaurant far exceeded my expectations. Tons of beers (15 I think on tap, and 50+ bottles), lots of burger options... and plenty of non-burger items. Well be back... and soon.

The service was lacking here. They dont check on you often. My burger was under cooked when it came out. but it wasnt all terrible. The home style chips are pretty good. The pretzel appetizer was great. It was a good amount of food for the happy hour price.

The food was awesome! I would go again if the prices werent so high $10.00 - $13.00 for a burger and fries is a bit too high. The Burger was excellent along with the MAC n Cheese that topped it but $13.00 is too much to pay for lunch.

1st visit and it was really good. Although I wasnt hungry enough for a burger, the $5 Caesar salad was great and a bargain. Our server was super friendly and very attentive even as busy as they were. Highly recommended.

Great burgers! Expect to wait 15-30 mins for a table Friday and Saturday night but the wait is worth it! Service was good, could have been better, but it was super jam packed. So no blame there! 5 stars!
