We went in on a Tuesday night with a party of 8, 5 adults, and 3 kids to celebrate a birthday. The place was busy, but not full. It took a long time to get seated, and the hostess didnt bring enough menus for the adults. We shared menus, which took longer to decide and to order. The waitress took our drink order and told us to put our appetizer order in on the little touchscreen computer at the table because she couldnt do it. I would have put in an online order and picked it up had I known it was too inconvenient for the person we were tipping to do that job for us. That was a frustrating task because I would have rather been joining in on the conversation at the table with my family, instead I was trying to figure out if the onion rings we wanted to order were found in the $7 or $9 appetizer menu categories so I could get some on our table. The food was not impressive. My burger was cold and came out on the wrong bun. The person that bought the meal for the table received a warm beer, and turned down ordering a second one for fear of getting another warm one. She also ordered a double burger which was the smallest one that came to the table, on the smallest plate, and cost the most??!! We used to enjoy dining here. This experience has us searching for a new place for a juicy burger and fries.

Ive been on a hunt for a good burger. I requested the Keep It Simple Burger so that I could taste the meat without interference; temperature was medium. The burger looked as if it were hand-formed, rather than the mass-produced, machine-formed hockey pucks of most other burger joints. The meat was not salted heavily, if at all, and had a pleasant, mild flavor. The standard garnishes of red onion, pickles, tomato, and lettuce were all fresh and crunchy, and the lettuce was not Iceberg (I believe it was Leaf--nice!). The fries that came out with the burger were body temperature. The refill fries were fresh out of the deep fryer. I ordered a beer which was flat. The manager happily replaced it with a draft from a different keg. This time, the 22-ounce weizen arrived with a nice head. The service was slow, and I am at a loss to explain why. The restaurant was 50% full of patrons. Five waiters and a manager were serving food and drinks, and the single busser was at a full gallop. Bottom line: The Stapley/60 Red Robin serves one of the best burgers in the area; the crew does their best to make certain the patrons experience is pleasant; the service pace was slow, at least on this Sunday evening. Ill be back, and I will recommend it to friends and family. No WiFi.

Only getting one star because 0 was not an option. On my SOs birthday we came in to get a free burger and order a few drinks from the menu. As the DD I didnt get a drink. The day was today and even the chart says its slow for them till later in the day. Took a while to get service and we were even in the bar. The food took a long time to come out and we only orderd a single drink a prickleypear martini that I was told was a desperate attempt to get her drunk. When the food came out she orderd a GLUTEN FREE BUN. I just orderd some endless frys. She was served a regular bun on her plate and my frys were no where to be seen. Now we decide to leave and pay for our drinks as reasonable folk do and not once did a manager come out to try to diffuse this or credit us for triggering an alergic reaction. A couple to our right even had an order messed up and he came out to them to fix the issue. And lastly the staff were not apologetic at all and even wished us a happy birthday in a rude as hell manner. Sad part is they have done this before with the wrong bun but we still gave them a shot. If you are gluten free, dont eat here because they think you are a zoo animal.

Typically we dont have issues with to-go orders here. Ordered online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We ordered at a busy time so I gave them an extra 5 minutes and showed up 20 minutes after ordering. I walked in and gave the hostess the name of the order and she went back to check. She came back out and didnt say anything to me. I figured maybe it will be a couple minutes. Over 20 minutes goes by and still no food, so I ask how much longer its gonna be. She asks for the name again and goes to the back again. Another woman comes out with my food and asks if I just got there. I told her I had been waiting over 20 minutes. MY FOOD HAD BEEN READY FOR 15 MINUTES AND THE DAMN HOSTESS FORGOT ABOUT ME. Pretty bad right? It gets worse. I get home and guess what? Thats right! Cold and soggy food. Suffice it to say, Ive had better experiences at McDonalds. Paid $30 to come home and recook my food in the oven. Bravo, Red Robin. Youll be getting no more of my money.

Came in about 1pm on a wednesday-not overly busy in the restaurant. We ordered our food and got our drinks and appetizers just fine. However, when our lunch came we got the wrong kids lunch and 2 of the 4 other lunches were cold(they were burgers). They re-cooked our order, which we got to eat after everyone else was halfway through their food. Manager did come and apologize. We waited quite a bit during this visit...and when we finally got our bill-it was wrong(extra charge for the wrong kids meal)-and had to be fixed. Once we got our bill, we waited some more for our waiter to come and take it, but after waiting yet again-we found a manager and gave it to him. I have to say-weve eaten at Red Robin for a long time and i was incredibly dissapointed at this experience today. I also used to work at a Red Robin and know that this service is unnaceptable. Will not return to this location ever.

I arrived with 2 minutes to spare before my food was to be ready according to the email I received. I then patiently waited for a hostess seeing as there was no signage for pick up orders to direct me to the bar. The bartender then informed me it was not ready not were the other 6 orders from others. During the 20 minute wait i observed the greatly onderstaffed area in which 1 person had to make drinks for the bar, the dozon+ tables, the rest of the restaurant, and the other poor suckers waiting on prepaid to go orders. Upon trying to inform the manager of my experience he blamed a loyality coupon that i never heard of or received and just pushed me off with a gift card. To top it off after I get home I come to find all 3 meals and the appetizer did not come as ordered they were cold and undercooked also! Im a very understanding person but that so-called service was ridiculous.
