My husband and I were at Johnny Rockets this weekend before catching a movie. We had 50 minutes so we didn’t want to go very far for our meal and risk missing the beginning of our movie. Johnny Rockets was pretty empty at about 8:40 pm so we though this would be perfect. We sat down and were told our server would be right with us. That did not happen. While it was not too long that we waited, we really shouldn’t have waited as long as we did considering how few customers were there. We noticed there was several staff standing around while we were looking and trying to figure out who our server was. The girl that brought our menus noticed us looking for our server so she came over and asked us our drink order. She said she would get it started until our server got to us. We said we were ready to order. She politely took our order and we continued to wait. Finally our server came over and did the ketchup on the plate thing. Again, waiting some more, finally our burgers came out, “barely warm”. Of course the jalapenos were missing from my order as usual, but since we were in a rush and I was several bites into my burger and didn’t see our server anywhere, it was too late to even bother asking for them. I sat there and told my husband that I know what’s wrong with this establishment. There is no adult supervision. This is an all around kids hang out. A different server had a friend “hanging out” waiting for him in the booth behind us. I believe if you hire an adult manager to watch over the kids the sales would increase dramatically. It has nothing to do with pricey fries with or without the burger. That is nonsense. I will continue to go to Red Robins in the same shopping mall for an awesome “hot” burger and fantastic customer service. I’m done with the crappie kids service. Johnny Rockets is slowly going down and I predict will soon close down. By the way, we got out on time because we swallowed our burgers and took both our fries and Milk shake to go! Absolutely terrible service!

Wish I could leave no stars, Went in before a movie, only 2 or 3 other tables, Waiter took our order, after about a half of an hour we asked why it was taking so long ? He came back and said the cook had reversed all the orders and took about 7 orders and cooked them in reverse !!!!!! we waited for about 10 more minuets, then our food came. Nothing great very average. When the bill came , we asked for some consideration for the huge screw up. he said there was nothing he could do. We will never go there again, worst service ever. No consideration for their screw up or willingness to do anything about it. Never again Johnny Rockets.

my server Thomasz was great and very helpful the food was good too. half way through my meal I got up to use the rest room and came back to my food gone and table cleared by the assistant manger. I was very upset and the servers offered to remake my order. Then the manager came out and started making excuses for my food being taken. Thomasz and the staff were great the management leaves alot to be desired. I will not be returning to this location ever again due to the stupidity of the managers!

Music is too loud. Atmosphere is impersonal. Our waitress was OK, nothing special. My burger tasted decent but wasnt what I ordered! My wifes Swiss/mushroom was terribly greasy. Fries are OK, but good luck with the unlimites as you cant get Service quick enough to get a Second portion. Shakes are great and serve as an app and a desert! Wont be going back.

Juicy burgers thick shakes. Johnny Rockets advertises the classic American burger joint and the experience they deliver is pretty spot on, the only problem is that I cant afford to go there often. For as compelling as the food is the cost just seems a little high still. Still a great place if you feel you can justify the money though.

First time at this location. The food was good, but more notably, Kayla provided us the best service Ive received in any restaurant any time this year. She was informative, polite, kept our water full, and made us want to come back. Great job - Ive never posted a review just because of the service!

This was my first time there and i enjoyed the food. I didnt lkke the disco club atmosphere. Where you had to yell at the waiter to get your order. Getting limited on ketchup and soda wasnt very pleasent. Lets just say i walked out with a headache. I would recommend it. But for take only.

Its not bad and its not wonderful. Its pretty much what youd expect with a casual-fast burger. Weekends tend to fill the place fast. Also, be prepared to bring ear buds because the place is loud when at full capacity.

Good food...I had the Route 66 burger, side salad, tots and rings. The burger was good but greasy. The side salad was on point and the fried food was good. The service was great.

Fun place to go occasionally. Kids enjoy it. Not a place to go if you are running late and want a quick meal. They are usually pretty busy being right by the movie theater.

Food is average (although the tater tots are perfect) but the experience was very fun for the family. Kids loved the milkshakes and the grilled cheese sandwiches.

Delicious milkshakes, hamburgers and fries... But Red Robins is better. Cute environment, just really loud. Definitely a family place. Casual. Fairly priced.

It tries to replicate the burger shops of the 50s and 60s and does a decent job. Burgers and shakes are pretty good. Convenient to Harkins Theater.
