They burned the sweet potato fries... it was like eating peanuts... you had to break through a the shell to eat the innards. The music is schizophrenic (pop, rock, country, etc... your music is inconsistent). There were no damn plates, no basket for your food... Nothing! I walked by a table and saw people placing their burgers on the disgusting table. The sad thing is that I was consdering doing the same thing. Thank God they brought my fries late- yeah, that was another crapfest... But, like I said, at least I had a tray to place my burger. Either way, it was barbaric for a place that prides itself on being great. Get some damn plates or something. The theme is confusing... is it a fast food place? It has a drive thru. Or is it a sit down restaurant? They give out pagers for when your food is ready. Its both! Shut up! You guys are so confused. This place is such an in n out wannabe.

Do not go here if you are on a Time limit! I went through the drive thru on my lunch break for work, thinking it was gonna be a quick in and out. 35 mins later I finally got my burger. The girl didnt even thank me for being patient or apologize for the long wait. I had to say something & Im Normally a patient, understanding human but I was 15 mins late coming back into work and that is not acceptable for a fast paced restaurant with a drive thru. In the same day my coworker was also late for work because she ordered online and came and it wasnt ready. On the upside, I do think its awesome that they are fighting & striving to help child hunger in the US. Burger was decent though. Id come back on a day I was not rushed.

Decided to stop in today for lunch as we kept seeing it when we went to Costco. Note that we ate inside and did not drive through. The line inside was reasonable. We didnt mind the wait for our cheeseburger and golden chicken combo as it beats out other fast food where the meat is sitting in warmers for who knows how long. The veggies on both sandwiches were really fresh and generous. I had regular fries with my meal and my wife had the sweet potato fries. Everything was pretty tasty. We both liked the "spice" station that has a variety of hot peppers. The place was very clean considering the busy lunch hour. Were looking forward to going back for a second trip to try other menu items.

Weve been to this new restaurant twice, first time was ok we mainly got burgers and fries and shakes, food was mediocre at best. The second time we went we were going to try something different, one of their salads and grilled cheese sandwiches to see if they were any better. Unfortunately we never made it to actually trying this food because the drive thru person was so blatantly rude and disrespectful i had to to stop ordering and tell her to have the manager meet me at the drive thru window. Obviously the manager was apologetic and offered us free food etc but i wasnt having it. So if you want awesome burgers and customer service go to in n out, 5 guys or Fuddruckers:)

The food was room temp and the toasted bun added a layer of hard to my pallet. I did have to wait for 33 minutes in the drive through though. Apparently a hurried excuse was that a guy ordered 1 of everything. Except I saw the bag get handed to him and it looked like 2 meals at most. I was given a free hamburger coupon, but I dont think Id go and risk waiting that long again just for a free burger. Judging by the rest of the reviews, whoever owns this business needs to reorganize and should be in house figuring out how to make things work out better. People wont put up with this for long if its a consistent issue.

Terrible experience and horrible customer service. I went through the drive through (I was the only car) and I ordered one chicken salad. I sat at the window for TWENTY minutes while two female workers that were behind the window just chatted. Not once did they open the window to give me the status of the food and apologize for the wait nor did they look at me. I ended up just leaving and going across the street to costa vida where the service and food were fantastic! A Manager should really care a little bit more about their customers

Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and I didnt even order a burger. I was waiting for a milkshake and two of the employees--one who was "making" the shake and the other was just with her--were standing there talking and NOT DOING ANYTHING. I counted on the clock and for over THREE MINUTES, with me sitting there at the window being able to see everything, my milkshake sat there waiting to be poured into the cup to give me. Very frustrating experience and will not return.

Horrible visit. Waited 32 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 sweet potato fries. Gave me plenty of time to see all the trash bins were full. Trash can in cooking area was overflowing but staff kept throwing things into it which fell to the floor. Many people coming up to check on their orders. Wait was very long. One couple gave up, asked for refund and left. There is limited seating. Whoever planned this place did a poor job and the staff needs some training. Wont be back!

I hope it is growing pains but a 32 minute wait for two combo meals is a bit unexpected. The food is good. I fear going back and ordering a shake will take until dinner. Update: shakes x2 took 8 minutes and were wrong. Usually the shakes for inside give you the extra in the mixing cup, they gave us ours to go. Plus they messed up a Mocha for Vanilla. Not really the same. This place needs to get their act together. not like other Habits. Not coming back here again.

Meh. Just like all the other counter service restaurants in the San Tan Village and Market St area: they overcharge and underwhelm. Only a slightly busy Saturday afternoon and they werent even cleaning the tables as guests were leaving. Saw almost every single new customer have to come in and wipe their own table to sit down. Best redeeming quality: kids meals were fairly priced. Much better than a Burger King, but nowhere near as good as In n Out or Red Robin.

We eat there last night, my husband and I had a burger and our son had the nugget and fries..... middle of the night he got up puking crying and ad I write this review down Im also waiting for his Zofram prescription to easy down the vomiting. ..... hes got food poisoning. I really hope and wish that your restaurant gets check. You must mixed raw food with other doshes. Or something. .. an enjoyable evening turned out a bad week for our son. NASTY PEOPLE.

I love the Habit, moving out here from Santa Barbara where the Habit originated I never would have guessed I would live across the street from one only a few months later. This location is very new, clean, and vibrant on the inside. The one downfall of the location is that it is rather small and especially if you hit the lunch rush, its a chore to find a table. Aside from limited seating this place is fantastic!
