Ive never been a blind trend follower. In-N-Out is average at best. Their simplistic menu is nice, but their food quality isnt anything special. As far as fast food goes, it ranks somewhere in the middle. The burgers are small and thin. There is no substance to them and thus they arent juicy. Theyre flat, thin, and pretty tasteless. Its the toppings that make the burger good, not the burger. The fries are cheap. You can purchase the same fries at the grocery store for less than a dollar a bag. In a taste test, they fall short to nearly every other fry out there. Id pay a couple bucks more 10 times out of 10 and get a real burger and fries from Five Guys. Five Guys is pretty much the opposite of In-N-Out in the categories of quality, taste, and size/quantity when it comes to burgers and fries.

we went to this location and they first said they couldnt make a monkey style, which is incorrect as i got them all the time at the california locations. then when we got our order they never gave us our drinks, including and extra large neopalaton. they forgot my fries but remembered the two animal style fries. when i bit into my burger i find out it IS NOT what i ordered. this is the thrid time this location has butchered my order. tomorrow i will be returning with my reciept to complain as there was no way to go back tonight after i JUST got home with the incorrect order for myself and roommates. if this is how out of state in and outs are run i will no longer be returning.but after paying $6 for two shakes and a lemon up i want either my monty back or my order corrected. this is asinine.

In-n-out was nothing short of a life changing experience. We have long been loyal customers to the in-n-out brand. Animal style had us going WILD, but tonights experience changed everything. Into our lives walked Erica. Standing in the moderately chilly weather of Utah on a Saturday evening. As she stood in the mandated uniform of white and red, she flashed a smile that left us speechless. What Erica was offering was more than french fries and lemonade, was happiness. There are some legends in this world that go on to immortal glory; Muhammad Ali. Taylor Swift. Erica from In-n-Out. When I rest my head on my pillow at night, I thank the good lord for people out there like Erica from In-n-Out. 10 out of 10 I would recommend tonights adventure to ALL my friends.

k, frankly, I dont hate it, but I feel like I have to put down a 1 to balance out all the irrational Californians. Id heard how "amazing" this place was my whole entire life. The things I heard were wrong. This place is only good if you want a cheap burger fast. It is NOT "the best bang for your buck." 5 guys gives you more meat per dollar. Half the time their burgers are pink in the middle, which is inexcusable for such a thin patty. 5 guys have NEVER been pink. And their fries are absolute crap for the cost. All the "excellent reviews" you see are from Californians. Everyone else thinks theyre overrated, and decent for being cheap, and has, to quote a friend "one of the best marketing schemes of all time."

I have major food restrictions and eating out with friends has literally brought me to tears at times. Many times the staff has made me feel like an idiot for asking a gazillion questions about spreads and spices. The waitress here had no issues checking to verify ingredients, entered all the restrictions directly on the order form, personally notified the cooks that an allergy order was coming their way and asked if I needed them to change gloves. Highly recommend them to anyone with food restrictions, the "protein style" burger is gluten/dairy free and on request they can use a dedicated fryer for the fries. So nice to add another "normal" restaraunt to my list!

Pretty much any haters out there, Id love to know where i could get a better burger for the same price. In n out has better service than most sit down restaurants. Believe it or not, they are actually makin like 12/hr. pays to pay your employees well. I can;t say that there is anything extra special about this location, except for the fact that they are packed from september (yes i realize its never been open in september) to april, but slow down while kids are gone home from college. i can get a splendid meal here, which is both quick and delicious, and not pay for some crumby service at olive garden where they wont even fill your breadsticks for you.

I know this place is famous and whatever, but the burgers and fries (which are all that occupies the menu) are nothing to write home about. The patties are very thin-- cheap, essentially. And they arent seasoned in any special way. The buns are plain. The fries have a... foamy texture. They are only good with excessive salt. Really. The only positives I can note are the quality of the produce (the tomatoes and onions, etc. are always crisp and flavorful and not the least bit sketchy) and the quality of the service. The employees here are always cheerful and helpful. They look like they are having fun-- which is nice.

In N Out has the best burgers of all time. We used to drive all the way to Sacramento to get them until they moved to Reno and we had one of our own. Then I moved to Provo and suffered from major burger withdrawals. Luckily this one opened up right in time. I even got my fiance hooked on them. Theyre so fresh and cheap and they dont feel like you just ate a brick, like most fast food places do to you. Id much rather go to In N Out than a sit down, "gourmet" burger joint. The line is always pretty long, so it takes a little while to get your food, but no longer than other fresh fast food places.

In-N-Out is a fast food burger place with an old-timey feel and quality ingredients. The burgers are great, and I would recommend checking out their secret menu and options like "animal style" or adding diced chili peppers to anything. However, Im always disappointed with everything else on the menu: their fresh-cut fries are dry and never crispy, and the milkshakes make me wonder if theres really any dairy in them. Add in the constant and abundant presence of obnoxious teens in this particular establishment and Ill opt to order just the burger in the drive-through every time.

Came to the Orem, UT store to get food. Though drive thru, had to correct the order 4 times. Intell he got it right. Then went to pay and the guy put it as 2 orders to paid for the first and processed to wait to pay again cause the girl just walked off. When she came back, and said we had more food to pay for she did it. Then to top it off she proceeded to leave and saw that they didnt give us our animal style fries. So I had to get out of my car and walk in to correct it. Wont come to this store again. If I want in-n-out Ill go to American Fork to get good service.

In-N-Out has great service, and it always feels like everyone there is always trying their hardest to get you good food fast. Thats another point, their food is pretty quality; the fries are real, the meat is real, doesnt have the texture of some weird mystery meat like McDonalds. The milkshakes are a little too thick for my liking, theyre almost impossible to ever drink through a straw especially, theyre probably closer to malts. Definitely get their special sauce though for your fries and burger, its similar to fry sauce, but better. Enjoy!
