Where do I begin with the hell hole called Burger King in Orem. Even though theres 45 min. Left before closing they wont respond to the drive through cause their too lazy to actually do their job and make food. They would rather ignore a paying customer so they dont have to work. The times they have taken my order they got in wrong 3 times in a row!!! Its the easiest instruction too..."add cheese to my burger." They dont even have the I.Q to do that right but they will charge you for it. Go somewhere else. Let these losers lose their job so they can realize with their I.Q they just lost the best job opportunity that theyll ever get making $9 an hour. Hate this place.

They were slow and unorganized. The shake/ice cream maker become unusable while they were preparing my order. They did not reach out nor offer to refund me, I did after I asked. The size of their fries were outrageous! I ordered a medium and it look like kiddy size at other places. I did eventually get a refund for the shakes but they werent happy about it. I hadnt been there for a long time before that and now, I dont like plan on going back, ever. Not worth my time or my pocket book.

Having worked at Burger King in the past (not at this location, but belonging to the same franchise), I know more than your average Joe how the food there is supposed to be made. Im rather disappointed by the low food quality here (low even by fast food standards), although on the other hand, it was hot and fast. Long story short, if youre really in a rush it will do, but theres an In-N-Out Burger not too far from here thats MUCH better. Id recommend going there instead.

Not only did the Drive Thru person yell at a friend in the parking lot while they were helping us, but she said "Uh, are you going to grab it?" when I was turned around getting my card to pay and she was trying to hand me my drink. When we went in to talk to the manager, the manager said "I dont have time to talk right now." and didnt address our issue nor gave us an alternative option to express our complaint. If you like burger king, DONT go to this location.

Ive gone to this one three times (thinking that I must have just caught them on a bad night). Its been a nightmare every time. Lines to the back of the store, drive through that is just jammed with cars. Supervisors that are timidly asking employees for help, employees that are screaming at each other, and the general feeling that helping the customers is someone ELSEs responsibility has made me swear off ever going here again.

The food is disgusting the drive thru guy was the worst. All he said the entire time was "$11.50". No thank you, no do you need anything?, Nothing. Took my money, threw food at me, and slammed the window. The breakfast burrito was barely edible, hash browns were cold, french toast sticks had no flavor, and the "iced coffee" was an abomination. Never ever ever going back.

I went to this location with a coupon that was apparently valid only under 1 of BKs 3 franchise systems. The assistant manager kindly let me know that the coupon was invalid. I apologized and began to leave, and he handed me the food. He had the decency to honor a coupon that they would likely lose money on to make a customer happy. Dallas, you made a happy customer!

All we wanted was a milkshake. Considering the long line at McDonalds across the street we went to Burger King around 9:30pm on a Friday night. However once we got to the front of the line, we were told their milkshake machine was turned off at 9pm. SMH. We havent returned since then and yes, we headed to the McDonalds for a milkshake across the street that night.

Burger King has been going down these past few years they remodel it and made it look nicer, but the services hasnt been that great lately. They have been slower, orders have been completely wrong. Their staff keeps changing, so new people everytime I come in which is probably cause of all the orders. They are good with replacing orders and giving you new ones tho.

I go here for the veggie burgers, but theyre really not that great. They really should be on the dollar menu, not a premium sandwich prices. Theyre the same MorningStar patties you can get in the store. This Burger King is in a kind of run down strip mall. They have a hard time keeping it clean, even though they dont have many customers here.

evening drive thru. i was the ONLY person in the drive thru. still had to wait a few minutes for joe shmo to take my order. and then they had me park. you would think, that you are parking me because you are making my food fresh, sadly disappointed, fries were colder then cold, burger was not hot and missing the cheese. this was pathetic.

This BK sucks. We ordered two whoppers and thought they tasted kinda funny, but being the starving students we are ate them anyway. Big mistake. We spent the next day sick as dogs. Im never going back to this BK again. Not only does their customer service suck but they dont know how to properly cook meat.

I go thru times where I love bk. Then it seems like every few years I get food poisoning from this place that ruins it for me for a long time. Alot more good experiences than bad but still that one time every few years definitely ruins it

The new GM Patricia is rude, inconsiderate and very quick to talk bad about customers at the drive through even if there are people inside who can hear. I have never seen anyone be so rude and disrespectful to both customers and staff.

We love this Burger King are always so friendly. We sell fireworks in the parking lot in the summer they never complain about us using their restrooms and they always give us water. And we really appreciate it thank you Burger King.

This location is as bad as it gets. Dont come to this location, youll damage your car. 4 giant 5ft wide holes that continue getting bigger and bigger. At night you cant see them so dont bother, youll surely F up your car.

All I really want from fast food is fast, accurate, and fresh. These guys and pretty accurate, usually fresh but not too fast. They do have a Frozen Surge icee right now which is terrible for you but so tasty.

The food from the orem center street location always looks like a toddler prepared it with as little care as possible, the south provo location on the other hand is amazing.
