Where to begin. It was 10/19/2010 and i wandered into the KFC to use my Meal Coupon that i had been saving. First thing i noticed was FLIES, I saw about 4 flies on the menu board while ordering. That should have been my first sign to avoid this joint, but i didnt. I ordered a 3 Piece chicken strip meal using a coupon and was told that it didnt come with a drink. I thought all meals came with a drink, whatever. Water cup it is. So while waiting for my meal i saw 5 people order after me and STILL get their food BEFORE i did. Granted.. they didnt order chicken strips and potato wedges, but this is something the restaurant should have prepared for. My name gets called finally and as i walk up to the front counter, the girl yells something at her co worker before telling me that there would be ANOTHER 6 minute wait for Wedges and if id like some other side... I was shocked. I told her i would still wait for the wedges and eat my fresh chicken in the meantime. To my dismay, 1 of my chicken pieces has been sitting in the box this whole time and had the consistency of jerky. The other two were dripping with grease and hot as hell. I finished my chicken before my wedges are finished cooking. As THE MANAGER handed me my wedges i didnt even receive a "Sorry for the delay"! Now, i know youre not supposed to "expect" grade a customer service from a KFC. But this is by far the worst i have been treated at a fast food restaurant. I entered the restaurant at 1:10pm, i received the first part of my order at 1:23pm, i then received my potato wedges at 1:31pm. That is not the type of service you expect, and to not even receive an apology?! I will review this store as many times as i can on every site available. Horrible. If you had a bad experience at this restaurant please voice your opinion now, even if its a sentence. Never eat here if you can help it. Drive .2 miles over to El Pollo Loco down the road. Much better.

The weekdays specials are really good and theyre all just around 4 dollars that include the main dish and a drink and they have new individual lemon or chocolate cake and the lemon cake is to die for so I would suggest everybody try a weekday specials you can eat there everyday of the week and have a different meal sometimes there might be a wait but if the food is fresh why complain about 5 to 7 minutes you can wait a lot longer than that at other places and people dont seem to complain a lot of people just like to complain about everything if food is very good the workers are very friendly and yeah the are. Mistakes made but theyre always made up with something extra added to their meal and the public is very hard to please and theres some cant be pleased no matter where they go and they usually want everything for nothing so I suggest if you havent been there in awhile go try it and have your own opinion and dont listen to somebody stories

This is a very well managed KFC and the only one we go to unless we are out of town. The employees are very friendly and they always look for coupons they have on hand to save us money. This has earned my loyalty because they are more concerned about saving me a bit of money rather than only looking at the highest profit margin. Therefore, they will make more money from me in the long run because we go there often.

Ask for a famous mash potatoes bowl. And ask if they could put green beans instead of the corn because I cant have corn. They have done it in the past here and many other KFC with no problems. Also was going order a chicken bucket meal. Will they lost my business to Popeyes for tonight.

I wouldnt come here again. Tried to get the advertised Zinger burger, but apparently they do not have any fillets to make the burgers. So we had to change our meal plan. Really disappointed in this visit to a KFC.

Well they said there was a wait on chicken. When i got mine it was dry no skin and it looked like it sat there a few hrs past its set exp time crew just stood around in the back while the customers waited

Typical KFC food cant really fault it for being what it is. Service was slow, had to wait up front for some chicken and two employees were kissing each other. Weird overall experience.
