Been here a few times as its next to the grocery store we use. Service and drinks here are hit and miss. Today was a definite miss. We ordered two different shaken iced teas. My green tea didnt taste very good, but I didnt really care. My wife was watching the Batista make hers and when she just poured sweetener in the glass and poured tea and ice over it, she pointed it out. Its a "shaken" ice tea, and when sweetener is just placed in the glass it just stays in the bottom. I believe you shake a shaken iced tea? The barista just set the original cup down and made another correctly. No apology, no speaking at all. Turns out her white tea tasted just like water and sweetener, no flavor anyway so it probably didnt really matter. Poorly made drinks and horrible customer service cause someone like me to look elsewhere. I thought Starbucks was all about caring about customers and consistency.

Crappy employees. Rude to us, who were trying to get a large order for a Bride and her bridesmaids. The employees were unnecessarily stubborn about writing names on drinks through the drive-thru. Why it matters if you come inside or through the drive through to take a sharpie to a cup is beyond me. When we were done ordering, some kid we werent even interacting with had the nerve to come to the window and reiterate their stubbornness with attitude. We rarely go to Starbucks anymore; now we have one more reason not to. Drinks were made correctly, however, so 1 star added.

Ordered using app online, and picked up at drive-thru. My hubby ALWAYS gets the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher (Ha! Thanks to ME!) w/ 2 limes, and 2 scoops of strawberries, no water, light ice. The drinks were ready when we pulled straight through the drive. We both noticed the drink did not look like what it was supposed to look like. So, the Barista, Craig, double-checked and noticed they added water. He re-made the drink for us, and asked if it looked right, and it did. He gave us the other drink as well! Fast, friendly service, as expected!!

Horrible service in the afternoon! The employees have really crappy attitudes and act as if they would rather be anyplace other than at work. While I was waiting the employees spent their time mocking the few customers they had. No wonder they are never busy in the afternoons while Dutch Brothers down the road are always packed. I wont go to this location in the afternoon again.

I have been here about 5 times. And every single time I have gone, my drinks have been AMAZING! (I get something different every time) even though its a little farther away from my house (And there are about 3 locations down my street) going to this location is always worth it.
