The drinks were fine, the servers were friendly... but while we were sitting and chatting, a homeless looking sort of fellow broke their tip container clean of the counter and took off with all the cash. The employees didnt seem to know what to do/or care all that much . After about 3 minutes of silence, one employee came over to inquire after our well being, but there was no obvious attempt to get local law enforcement involved... I mean, I know its a sunday in Utah, but cmon. We left rather quickly, uncomfortable with their seeming lack of concern. I dont believe Id ever return to this particular location.

I buy coffee here all the time. Today I called and ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 caramel Machiatos, Then got distracted in a meeting and forgot about them. Got a call about 30 minutes later reminding me of the order and that my cold coffees were getting warm, my hot ones were getting cold etc etc... We sent some down to pick up the order and the staff made new fresh ones for us. Beans and Brews are all over the place. Its the staff that makes or breaks the place. This crew is dialed in.

Coffees really good, nice environment and the employees are really nice to everyone! Dont know why people complain about the prices, sure its like a dollar or more compare to Starbucks; but come on, youre the adult with the money, you choose where you wanna buy your stuff. You should never rate the stores prices, its all about the customer service and they perfected here.

Its a new location, so it smells like fresh paint yet inside... which could be a problem for sensitive noses. Also, their internet is censored, which I found highly irritating because while I understand wanting to block less than family friendly content, their filters also block many legitimate websites in the process. Fail. On the bright side, the coffee is good. :)

Worst Customer service ever , mel the assistant manager is so rude if youre going to go to Beans and Brews I recommend going to the one in Jordan Landing Danielles the manager over there and she is great I love coffee and I love Beans and Brews but I would rather never drink coffee again then to visit this location

Almost twice as much as Starbucks and even local shops. The staff is unprofessional, talking about their schedules and gossiping about other staff within customer earshot. And then proceeded to vacuum the rug while I was sitting on the couch so I couldnt even hear my friend. Never coming here again.

I think that Starbucks should really pack it up, then go back to Seattle across from Pikes Market. I like the atmosphere here Beans and Brew all the barista are super cool nice! My favorite location is the one by the Maverik Center and the one by Granger High. Keep up the good beans Beans!

Staff is funny. Food is good, the drinks are great. I dont typically stop for coffee. However, I wanted a iced moca. Not that Starbucks, or mcdonalds stuff. So I stopped off here at beans and brew. I dont regret it. I. For sure coming here a bit more often now.

I really enjoy enjoy drinking lattes but here at B&B the prices are much more expensive than other coffee shops around. I usually go to Starbucks but I was close by and decide to try B&B it was good coffee but paid much more than what I usually pay at Starbucks.

Great coffee house. Really like their iced Chia and Cafe Mocha coffee. The atmosphere is that of a typical coffee shop. Prices are similar to other coffee houses as well. But I prefer these guys Cafe Mocha over others.
