I stop Sunday at noon to try out this Coffee. There was only one Employee working and there was like 20-30 people in there. I was in line for more than 5 minutes and waited for my 2 frapps for more than 25 minutes. The girl was very rush trying to take orders and making the orders. I applaud her for keeping high costumer service and posture at all times and even under pressure. However, highly desapointed in management for only having 1 person working on a weekend. I noticed how other people were getting fustrated because of the wait its not the employees fault its management for only scheduling one person.

Best coffee in Arizona, with espresso ranging from Machiatos to Mochas. Excellent coffee house treats like scones and brownies. Theres a built-in info center containing information about the local community, including housing districts and commercial development down here in Verrado. There is also an enclosed lounge, perfect for after-school clubs to meet and business meetings. Free wifi and a welcoming atmosphere also makes this place a perfect place to do homework or study. The coffee is freshly ground on-demand, and the staff are the most kind and welcoming people youll meet.

This place reminds me of my Detroit community coffee shop ABD. Its kid zone is creative, the meeting room is tastefully decorated, and the main area is inclusive and/or intimate if you choose. Now down to the nitty-gritty the coffee, we enjoyed the iced espresso, and Carmel Moc. With a Blueberry muffin warmed w/o asking. We will be back.

Upscale trendy decor. Polite and efficient staff. Cozy with plenty of comfy seating choices for you to enjoy your frappe and read any one of the countless books on the shelves. There are community boards, the Verrado Info Center showcasing the community and the families that make Verrado what it is.

I wish they served meals. I rode my bike 15 miles to get here only to find scones and the likes. My mistake though, I thought it was had food items as well. Very nice inside, pleasant staff, some comfy and some awkward seating. Seems to have a lot of events here as well.

The atmosphere and ambience here is fantastic; along with the staff but bleh. The coffee taste "dirty" like they havent cleaned their machine or theyre using cheap beans. Come for the atmosphere and any non-espresso items. Like their fantasic smoothies!

Cutest coffee shop! The espresso is terrible though, and they argue with me about how to make a cappuccino. They say that an authentic cappuccino doesnt have milk, which is incorrect. Ive tried a few times to go there, but the older baristas are not kind.

A+ on atmosphere and the dog park. D on customer service . 3 workers, 2 people in line, 8 minutes to get a drip coffee. They seemed more concerned about cleaning up than taking an order. They close in an hour by the way and the coffee was just ok.

Super friendly staff. Crazy amount of reading material and interesting stuff to peruse, home-builder info and even live music sometimes. Love that this place is right around the corner from my new house. (Oh, and the drinks were fine, too!)

Great prices, cool setting. Free wifi. Patio. If customer service was anywhere near as pleasant as the coffee, I would give 5 stars instead of 3. I ordered a cold coffee, not a cold shoulder. It was awkward and uninviting.
