I got hooked on this place when they first opened 2 years ago. Their specialty drinks are good, but extremely sweet. I prefer strong coffee, and theirs was pretty good at first, and the staff is super friendly. In the past year it seems that their iced coffee has gotten stale and watery. I tried asking for extra shots (since their iced coffee is just iced americano) and less cream, but it is hit or miss whether the barista makes it correctly/to my liking. More likely than not they make it iced cream with some coffee, gross. Also, hardly ever do they charge the correct price. I have been overcharged, whether it be by a quarter or even a few bucks, at least a dozen times. I used to endure the ridiculously long lines and wait, but decided it wasnt worth it anymore. As other reviewers have said, they spend an unreasonable amount of time chatting with customers when the line is hanging out into the street. Recently switched back to Starbucks, and Im so happy I did; they make my drink correctly every time, I am never miss-charged, and Im through the drive thru in a reasonable amount of time.

No one is perfect but this place comes close. For the adults that are walking around kicking cans because they encountered a few people or are upset because one had to wait 30-40 minutes to be served You came to DB they did not kidnap you! DB employs the greatest people with great personalities and my entire community appreciates service with a smile. The product is excellent thats why one may encounter a bit of a wait at times. When I decide to try a new restaurant I dont look for businesses that have no patrons I want to see a crowd. But you complainers are welcome to eat in the publicly abandoned locations...let me know how you do!!!! Thanks DB! Ill see you in about an hour!!!

Visited this location on June 30th and it took me 25min to get my drink there were only 5 people infront of me but the lady taking the orders was to busy carring on a conversation with everyone to get the line moving another employee had to come out and take orders to speed things up but that didnt help much.it was over 100 degrees out you would thing they would move faster to get people on their way but no. I was very disapointed in the service I recieved I will never go back to this location. I think its ok to make conversation but when its hot and there is a line you should speed up the prosses a little. Almost made me late to an appointment.....

DB is amazing! Every time I go to the Goodyear location everyone there makes me feel like valuable person. Lets face it we really dont go for just the drinks we go to have conversation with the amazing employees. There have been many times in my life where I have been down in the dumps, for example in the fall of 2015 I was recovering from major foot surgery. The amazing DB employees would always have just the right words to say to make my day more amazing. In a world where everyone is trying to be popular, you can go to DB and no matter who you are or what you look like you are popular and loved by the DB employees.

Ill have whatever theyre having. Amazing customer engagement, addictive coffee drinks, super-sugary frosties and freezes. Great place to go for a pick-me-up, a well-deserved treat or a nice surprise - seems like Arizonans feel this need every day! So many terrific baristas. All treat you like family. My favorite is Joelle - enthusiastic, energetic and everyones MVP. Oh wait, she is family. Oh, and by the way, Joelle is traveling to Tibet this summer to help out the local community. 17,000 feet elevation! Shes raising money for the effort, stop by and say hello.

Had a flat tire outside this store....staff brought out boxes so would not have to lie on hot Arizona pavement in August to change the tire.....and brought out water for me....then people in line bought me some amazing tea and offered to help me change the tire!!!! Who does this???? Answer...the amazing staff and customers at Dutch Bros!!! I will never go to the other guys again!!! Im hooked on their amazing customer service and products and also plan to be one of their amazing customers!!!

Best customer service, fast service..the line might be long...sometimes really long yet they still get your order out to you right away.They have their system down really well. Dont shy away if you see a line..trust me you wont be waiting long at all. Their beverages (hot, cold, espresso, non espresso alike) are the best! Very clean establishment inside and out. Absolutely love Dutch Brothers. Ive been going to them since they were founded in Oregon. Great job Dutch Brothers :-)

If you ever what to know what great customer service is all about, go to Dutch Bros. on Litchfield and Indian School. They make every single person feel great, love helping if you have questions, and make amazing drinks! Theyre always busy, but theyre fast. Dont be discouraged by the long drive-thru line. Theres also a walk-up window if youd like. You can tell everybody here loves their job. They also have specials all the time. (And a punch card!)

This place has excellent coffee! Three stars for the delay in getting your coffee. I usually sit in line in the car for 15 to 20 minutes when theres only 5-6 cars ahead of me. The staff talks to everyone about everything, thus delaying your coffee. There is always a line at this place and as much as I love their coffee, makes it very hard for me to sit around in line for 15 sometimes up to 30 minutes waiting for coffee.

Why do these joint a buy small places in cramped parking lots, then jam traffic all over with these low payed highschool wannabe hippies with that little phone they use to take your orders, yeah the coffee is ok but not worth contributing to the congestion and extortion of young underpaid skinny chicks with tight pants you can see the bubble roll down their leg if they fart. Just a bad set up for buying coffee......

Great coffee, great staff. They are super friendly here and they are consistent, but no free WiFi ? Especially since they are a) a coffee shop and b) located down the steet from the local community college. Its disappointing to think you can hang out in such a nice environment in grrat weather and get some schoolwork done, only to get there and be told they only have WiFi for the computer systems they use.

Waited in the hot Arizona heat for over 45 minutes for my green tea. Understandable the line was long. But seriously after paying 15 people got their drinks before I got my tea. They had complicated rebels, coffee , ect. I was here first & green tea is easy as hell to make. They forgot to make it point blank so I stood in 110 degree heat for them to forget to make my one drink.

They care about the quality; the quality of the product they provide and the quality of the service they provide. You can see it on their faces and hear it in their voices, they care (and even if they really dont you can tell they are trying and that still counts for something) ... Because of that you are almost guaranteed a long line but that, my friend, is the trade off.
