My husband and i frequent this starbucks often because of them having breakfast sandwiches. They have the worst service the worst wait times and every single time we go they mess up our orders which mind you are very simple no complicated orders. Or they are out of whatever we order. Today we ordered and waited over 20 minutes for our drink to be told they are out of what we ordered. Ive never been to a place of business thats this messed up. Seriously save yourself some time and head over to the starbucks in the super target in the same parking lot.

Im torn on my star rating because the drinks and food (when available) are always good and I have never had an error with my order. The problem is that this is one of the smallest Starbucks locations and the location is terrible! It is always busy - forget going on the weekend. The drive-thru is usually wrapped around the building and inside is super crowded. They are always out of all of the food items I want no matter when I go. Again the baristas and quality of drinks and food are excellent but location and stocking skills stink.

Employee in drive thru could care-less about wait times as I waited 21 minutes for one drink. After no apology and the management cant figure anything out its time to move to another location. The location at 75th ave and loop 101 knows what customer service is and how to keep the drive thru going with accurate orders. If Management gave a damn about their business they would follow up with reviewers through yelp post but they fail at that aspect to. Will not be returning to this location!!

I have been a customer of Starbucks for 10 years and I have never been to a worse Starbucks than this one. If you have to be at work at a certain time, do not use the drive-thru. At 5am with only two cars in line they average over 6 min a vehicle. Add that to the rude employees who would rather walk around like zombies on their cell phones than service the customer ( at 6 dollars a coffee) They dont rush, hurry or have any quickness at all and they all look and sound miserable.

This location doesnt ever seem to be quite as good as other locations. Sometimes they forget to add the syrup, so the drink doesnt taste right at all. Other times there is something else missing which makes it not taste right. Because I rarely sit there to drink my drink I never notice until Im home and Im too disappointed to go back.

Took 40 minutes to get through the drive through at 635 in the am. If I could give a negative I would!!! Didnt get my kids to school on time ! Angry. Never again! Dunkin doughnuts any time from here on out!!! Horrible

I wouldnt mind the long lines so much if the baristas werent so rude. Ive worked in Starbucks for many years, I understand this business gets frustrating, but you never take it out on the customer.

Normal Starbucks atmosphere. This employees do seem a little more laid back than some other locations I have been to...translation = slower. When they get slammed expect a longer than normal wait.
