I was in the Arrowhead location 8/12 around 8:30 pm. Cashier was a tall young kid with blonde hair. One of my daughters ordered a half sandwich and the other ordered a half chicken ceasar. I ordered a cup of soup and my dad ordered a half sandwich also. Two drinks were also ordered. The total was a little over $31.00. If the cashier was was more customer service oriented, he would have helped us or suggested to us to make those meals into pick 2s to help us save money. Next, he brought out our food. He almost dropped my daughters plate which made the sandwich tip over. Not a big deal but had he been better at customer service he would have apologized and had the kitchen fix it real quick. Then we noticed that her half sandwich came with a side of bread? Ok. My dad and other daughters meal came out correctly. Then came my soup. He carried the bowl out with no plate underneath and no bread on the side. Weird. I decided to get up and ask for some butter. Got to the cashier counter and nobody there to help me. Noticed cashier was talking with the guys in the kitchen so I started timing the wait. 2 minutes and 20 seconds it took for him to notice I was even there. Got my butter and went back to table. As we were leaving I noticed the overflowing amount of pastries in the pastry case so I decided to buy some pastries to take home. At that time I noticed there was a manager (a little bit bigger girl with brown hair) there behind the counter talking the the young cashier. He had a bucket of tea to take to fill up the tea containers at the beverage station. She seen me standing in front of the register looking straight at them waiting to order. She nudged the young cashier in the direction of the beverage station and told him to hurry up so he could come back to take my order and she then walked out from behind the counter and behind me to go out the front door. So I turned to see the young man who dumped the tea into the container and then walked to the front door to see the storm that was happening outside. He then went back to get the empty bucket from the beverage counter and walked right past me back into the kitchen and started chatting with the cooks again. I waited another 15 seconds and then just walked out. I spend about $500 a month eating out. I also have about 12 years restaurant management experience and have definitely had bad experiences but none like this. Will absolutely not be back to this location and will also warn others about my experience.

I know that Paradise Bakery and Panera Bread are the same company or something like that. I miss Paradise Bakery. The prices are about the same but the menu is a bit different. I will stop comparing the two now. Overall it is the same experience as Paradise. They did take a bit longer to bring me my food. I had the creamy tomato and the Italian combo sandwich. The sandwich was really good. The tomatoes soup had a bit of a funny taste to it. I was not a fan of the food. I could not finish the creamy tomato soup. I also got the tortellini Alfredo, the bacon turkey bravo and a cup of noodle soup. I spent about $30 for all three meals.

Dear Panera, I am so disappointed that you dropped the Paradise Bakery brand. Its great that you kept their top selling items but todays visit left me disappointed. At Paradise Bakery, the kids Mac n Cheese was a full cup of macaroni, with a side, cookie and drink. What we got today was a small scoop of macaroni, they were out of apples for the side so we asked for yogurt, but received chips, and then had to add on the cookie and drink. Eating in the food court, at the mall, should not cost the same as a full service restaurant. You have just lost a customer.

Chips? Apple? Baguette? What happened to a chocolate chip cookie with your sandwich and soup? Honestly theres no point on wasting my gas to go to any Panera Bread location. Panera Bread took serveral of our favorites out of their menu. Bring back Paradise Bakery & Cafe.

Paradise Bakery was our #1 spot in the mall until they want to charge me for a refill tonight. Spend 25.00 on dinner then have to pay for a refill on a tea. To many choices will spend my money else where.

Paradise, come back and let this company go downhill where it will inevitably go. The food is old and hard. Not good at all.
