Okay Ice cream, very over priced for the quality. The facility is extremely hot and humid making waiting in line VERY uncomfortable, especially with a toddler and if youre ordering it to go and theres a bit of a wait to get out due to poor amount of space your ice cream will immediately start to melt all over you. We asked an employee if we could have lids or something for our ice creams cups, after sitting there with a dirty look on her face she got us 1 lid even though we bought 4 ice cream cups and the 1 lid was 5 times to small for the cup so it was completely useless. I wont be wasting my money on this again Ill take my kids to Macys or even McDonalds for a cheap ice cream cone that is worth its price and taste just as good to be honest, has better customer service and doesnt feel like its trying to cook you alive with the heater cranked up on a hot day/evening.

Had a scary experience with these guys that almost sent me to the ER. Im horribly allergic to tree nuts and my order was somehow contaminated with them. Luckily I noticed this on the first bite and was able to rush home and pound a bunch of benadryl. Had I not, I would have ended up in the ER or worse. Im pretty conscious about what I order food wise because of this and what I ordered didnt contain tree nuts. Ive never had an issue with a place like this so either the staff didnt pay attention or Cold Stone has no protocol for this. If you or anyone in your family has a food allergy, might want to avoid this place at all costs.

The ice cream is good but they always carry basic flavors. There are always flavors that nobody ever touches and they are always there, full, and somewhat melting. I agree with the comment below about smaller portions - if you get one flavor it wont fill up the cup and frequently the servers give differing sizes to the same people in your group.
