This was my first time going. I did self ordering and thought it would have been nice to have someone there to help if needed since its new. many of the cups were empty , there was no hot water for hot tea. The trash was over flowing. Saw the guy walk around the restaurant 3 times before finally locating us. Went to the restroom. 2 stalls were out of toilet paper, trash was over flowing and counter was all wet. Food, bread bowl was good but soup was barely warm, my moms came with the bowl, the top piece of bread and another piece of bread. Mine was missing the top piece of bread.

You wouldnt think of going to a bakery for lunch when your trying to eat low carb but me and my wife did. We heard that Panera had some good salads so we decided ro give it a try. My wife had the Green Goddess and I orderd the Santa Fe chili lime. Both salads were made fresh with juicy chicken brest mixed in. The dressing for both were full of flavor. Both salads were filling and went well with the fresh tea that is made daily.

Only 4 stars because: Fresh daily bakery items are sold from opening until gone...sometimes, by dinnertime the selection is limited - disappointing. Salads are made as ordered & can be customized, however, I, & other patrons, have had to stand by the prep area while they corrected our orders. Overall, the food is fresh & tasty. The front & management staff are friendly & helpful.

We come here and order basically the same thing everytime and love it. We love the one tall guy i think he he has a ponytail who works at night hes really nice. There is a lady manager whos slightly creepy. She lingers as you eat sort of makes you feel like you havent plaid even tho you obviously already did. Will cone back!

Just ordered a chocolate chip cookie. 240 calories, least of all the desserts. Service was quick and friendly. Setup is open and lots of different kinds of seating arrangements. Tall tables and chairs and short ones. Booths. Round tables, rectangular ones. Tables for one. FREE WI-FI. COOKIE WAS GREAT!

This place is just terrible sandwiches are three to four inches long the soda even tastes like water, the bread tastes like youve been sitting for days youre better off going to Subway to get a better sandwich meal then this so-called Bakery!! It will be a good day then they close this place down

I dont understand what they are doing with the order delivery system. They give you a pager thing but someone brings your food to you. Makes no sense. I like the ones where you pick the food up at the counter. Custom service is lacking at this location.

The food is great here, but the prices have gone up a lot in the last few years. The place has just been remodeled but it definitely feels less homey and more industrialized, you definitely feel like you are in a chain restaurant.

Third time here, and they havent impressed us yet. Always out of baguettes, and something is usually wrong with our order (panini was made with a completely different bread once and was much smaller than the normal ones are).

So happy to have this here in Surprise! Ate there all the time in California. The prices are a bit high but i love the food and i think they did a great job on the remodel of it from Paradise Bakery to Panera!

I like this place. However, always, i mean always check your rapid pick-up order. It seems to be a habit for the staff to leave an item or two out of the order. Everyone is super friendly.
