I order from Red Dragon while at work probably once every two weeks and the food is good, I enjoy it. Their service, mostly wait time has been just barely average. Today I placed and order during their lunch special time and nothing came for an hour and a half. When I called, they had said they never got my order. I had received a confirmation email that they did. By this time the lunch specials were over and everything was full price again. Take this review with a grain of salt. There could have been a technical issue or they could have been being cheap. Either way the bad service falls on them. *EDIT* I decided to replace my order regardless of the prior wait. My food showed up in 15 minutes and I was only charged with the lunch special prices. So to clear up any confusion, the service as far as delivery time is always up or down, but the food is still good. I changed my prior rating from 2 stars to 4.

Ive ordered from here numerous times over the years. My Mom LOVES their food and orders nearly every week. However... every single time Ive had food from this place, and Ive jumped all over the menu, from rangoons, soup, and things on the vegetable menu (Im vegetarian), egg foo yong, even tofu dishes. And every time I have it, the next day - EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA. Sorry to be graphic, but someone has to let them know that whatever the hell they are cooking with makes me REALLY sick the next day. So if you are sensitive to that kind of thing, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Never eating from this place again - I give up.

Red Dragon says they deliver - I even had a menu they stuck in my door. So I went online to order. Not a bad website, nicely put up. Put our order in at 6:25 pm. At 7:30 pm, my husband called and asked for an ETA. They said "its on its way". I live 4 miles away, it shouldnt take more than 10 minutes, 20 in heavy traffic, to get here. At 8 pm, they still havent arrived, so we called an canceled the order. Its probably got fantastic food, but I will never be able to taste it because theyve got horrible service. I will never recommend them nor will I eat there again. Horrible service.

They have crappy food. I ordered chicken and fries and they were stiff, not hot and tasted like they were reheated. The chicken didnt look fresh either. I called to tell them and she said the the steam would make them soft. I told her that the problem wasnt it was soft (I love soft fries), that is was stiff and the fries tasted reheated. Instead of her delivering a fresh order of fries and making sure her new customer was happy, she said that I was the only one complaining. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never eat from there again and will tell everyone I know my experience.

When I first moved to chandler 3 years ago the food was excellent!! and the portions were large. Within the past 6 months I have noticed there are different cooks in the kitchen and the food does not taste the same as it used too. I have also noticed their portions are now smaller. In all fairness every resteraunt is cutting back in portion size due to the economy which I understand. The resteraunt in my opinion used to be Excellent, however now I can only say average. It is hit or miss, depends on what cooks are working that day.

I dont know how this place is getting so many good reviews!! I ordered food from this place and it was terrible! The smell alone ruined my appetite, and thats pretty rare. I tried to eat it anyway, big mistake! the fried rice had no flavor, white rice was old and hard, orange chicken was a joke and the beef and broccoli looked like jerky and tasted like what I would imagine ass tastes like. nothing was edible! the rangoons were awful, as were the pot stickers. $30 in the garbage!!!

Great Chinese take out and seems to be consistent every time I go. I am used to New York city area Chinese food and this place is just as good, if not better, than any place there. I travel 30 from my house in Mesa to this place to pick up my order, its that good to me. And to the reviewer that stated the egg drop soup was like snot, yeah, thats what it supposed to be like. Not sure what sheltered world you come from but egg whites in boiling water will turn to that consistency.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN. THIS PLACE MAKES PANDA EXPRESS LOOK LIKE A 5 STAR RESTARAUNT. I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY SINCE IT WAS VOTED THE #1 CHINESE RESTARAUNT IN CHANDLER, BUT OBVIOUSLY NOBODY WHO HAS WRITTEN A REVIEW KNOWS WHAT GOOD CHINESE FOOD REALLY TASTES LIKE. THEIR EGG DROP SOUP WAS LIKE A BIG BOWL OF SNOT. MMM. IF THAT SOUNDS GOOD TO YOU, BY ALL MEANS GO EAT HERE. THIS PLACE IS THE DEFINITION OF HOLE IN THE WALL.

Placed order online, received an email confirming order. After one and a half hours I called to find out where the food was. I was told that they did not get the order. I asked if they did not receive the order how did I get a email confirmation with a order number that it was received. I was told they didnt have the order. I told them if they should find the order not to bring it. I will never order from this place again nor recommend them to anyone.

I dont know how someone manages to make vegetable lo mein reek of fish so bad, but they asked me to throw it away outside when I got back to work from lunch. No joke. The food was awful. I mean, REALLY awful. There are at least two other chinese restaurants within a block of this place that have much, much better service and food. If I were you, I wouldnt waste time or money on this place when there are other options so close.

My family has been eating here for years. Food is always hot and made fresh after you place your order. I also lo e that their usually open on certain holidays that most businesses close for. The staff has never been rude to us before either. I dont really even like Chinese food, but the food here is so delicious and I crave it all the time. The garlic chicken and vegetable lo mein is really yummy!

Food is pretty damn good enough to get me back here again. Second time here and food is great I mean yeah you plastic silverware and paper plates because they dont expect dine-in its mostly for delivery. Customer Service sure needs a little bit work but I dont expect some full on sentences they asian and dont make conversation so they do look stupid trying to say a word. But me and hubby like it

We came in really late, I hater being that customer but it was the only Chinese place still open. We waited about 15-20 minutes ( new it would take that amount of time for what we ordered. Tipped well for the trouble. The food was delicious, I recommend the chicken wings, fried crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The dumplings and skewed beef were also a favorite. Will be going back again.
