This is a rating on the service I received there. I went in to pick up an order that was ready, which was great, because usually I have to wait a good 10-15 min after I show up at the time I was told it would be ready. Anyway, I ordered Shrimp with Lobster Sauce for $10.75. It was my first time ordering this dish from here, but I have had it at other Chinese places and figured it would be near the same shrimp, veggies, & lobster sauce. I even asked the lady over the phone what was in it and she said its Shrimp and mixed veggies in lobster sauce. Good thing I looked in my bag because what they gave me was clearly Egg Drop Soup with a few shrimp floating in it. I was in my car and went back into the place and said that I mustve gotten the wrong order and the Chinese lady told me that I got the right order and tried to pass off Egg Drop Soup for a $10.75 entree of Shrimp w/ Lobster Sauce. I was not buying it and told her that I would like my $ back. She proceeded to keep repeating herself, clearly frustrated that I did not want the egg drop soup. She said that it was their version of Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and all places are different. I sat and listened to her repeat herself over and over. Im sorry, but I know what egg drop soup is. I tasted it and it tasted exactly like egg drop soup. It was put in a quart size soup container and she said the only reason they put it in that container is because of how much sauce that there is in the dish. I was not born yesterday, nor was it my first time ordering Chinese food and Im irritated that she stood there trying to convince me that it was what I ordered. Im sorry but $10.75 is quite expensive for Egg Drop soup, with peas, carrots and a few shrimp tossed in. Ive never has problems before this and the food is actually pretty flavorful, but if that is how they are going to treat me, in front of others in the restaurant, I will take my business elsewhere from now on! I only regret the fact that I shouldve asked for a cup of egg drop soup just so I could prove to her that they were the same exact thing!!

I called at 6:08 pm and place an order for delivery. I ordered two items. Got home and got relaxed and waited for the food to arrived. I looked at the time and it was 7:13 and my food has not been delivered. So I called and a different lady than the one who took my order answered. She put me on hold but I can still hear her in the background taking care of a customer. She finally got back on the phone, so I told her that my food has not been delivered yet. She told me that my food was on its way. That was a big lie. At 7:39pm I called back and the same lady answered, she then told me harshly that she is getting ready to deliver my food and asked me for my address. So I said to her, I thought you said that my food was on its way, and with a high tone of voice, she told me just "give me your address and I will deliver it". So I said to her it is not acceptable that you just lied to me. So she said to me, "mam do you want me to deliver your food or are you going to argue with me", as I was trying to tell her again that its not right that it has taken them over an hour to try and deliver two items, than she hang up on me. I called back and she answered and immediately asked me for my address. So I said to her, I want to speak to the owner or your manager. Well she told me she was the owner and the manager and hang up on me. WOW! all that I can say. Do they not understand what customer service is? They are not the only Chinese food restaurant in town. Bad service and they think they had the right to yell at people when they are in the wrong. I think customer service education may help them but I doubt it very much. If I can rate them a negative-star I would. They are lucky they are getting a one star, but this is the only way this review will post, if you give them some sort of a rating. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY DISGUSTED ON HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE!! I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Food is great but service/delivery sucks. We have ordered from them a couple times and we always have to wait longer than what they tell us. We have had 3 incidents that show poor service. One time we ordered our food and after an hour and a half we had to call them and ask where our food is. The lady stated they are busy and the owners are out of the country so they are doing the best they can and said the guy is on his way. We asked her if we get a discount or a comp meal and she said they dont do that. The driver finally got to our house 2 hours later and we confronted him and he said they were not busy, so the lady lied to us. Another time we ordered at 6:10 and finally had to call after an hour and ten minutes and ask where our food is and they said the delivery guy had a flat tire and they need to remake the food and he will be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes went by and we called again and the lady stated that he is on his way and hung up on us. We didnt get our food till 8:00. Another time we ordered and decided to pick it up and they never started the order so we had to wait 45 minutes while they cooked it. They have really bad customer service and timing. I would go and eat there but not do delivery or pick up.

Tried this place on a whim- should have read the reviews first. We decided to dine in and first thing we noticed were about 5 or 6 tables that had not been cleaned. Those tables sat dirty for the almost 2 hours we were there. We were not informed when we sat down that the food was taking a minimum of an hour to cook due to there high volume of delivery and to go orders. Our dinner was far from quiet- the entire time the phone was ringing off the hook and we had to listen to the lady telling customers they could not take any more orders or making excuses to customers why there delivery order was over 2 hours overdue. We heard them tell more than 1 customer that the delivery driver dropped their food so had to come back and remake it. When we finally got our food it was just ok. We both got a surf and turf type dish that boasted of having shrimp and scallops. My dish had 2 shrimp, my husbands had 0. The brown sauce it was in was good and the vegetables seemed fresh. I would definitely say dining in and getting the food hot and fresh made it better. All in all the food was ok but the management definitely needs to step it up. It has potential to be a good place. Sadly I do not think we will be returning.
