Be warned they will try to rip you off. Sent my son their tonight to get 3 combos. Chinese lady tells him itll be $28. Little high based on their menu prices on the flier I have on my fridge but not out of line for 3 people. He hands her the CC and she proceeds to try and give herself a $4+/- tip on CC causing the card to be declined because it only had $31. She proceeds to blame him, I get the email about the decline before he is able to text me and I ask him why he just tried to charge $34 to the card I told him it had $31 available. He replies, she said it was $28. I screen cap the attempted charge (got to love Google Wallet for showing it in the ledger.) She redoes the transaction and now its $24 she says. And proceeds to tell him that the screen shot I sent him is wrong and refuses to give the register receipt to him, just a copy of the CC machine receipt of the final transaction. This used to be a great place to get Chinese food in this area, but it sold sometime early part of 2015 and has gone down hill since. Now I cant figure out their math, because according to their menu the 3 items we ordered totaled $24.45 before tax, and the final charge was $24.20 while the initial charge was $34.62. Now I did ask for my white rice to be pork fried rice, a small on their menu is $4.25, that would bring the total bill before tax to $28.70 and $30.31 after tax. But the charge was $34.62??? Then it went to $24.20 total??? which would be the small pork fried rice removed and that then some. So they tried to take me for $8.80???

I ordered from them yesterday for the first time on my neighbors recommendation. Its amazing how much food you get and it was so good I mean like really good. We got the chicken egg foo young, chicken lo mein, shrimp with garlic, shrimp toast and wonton soup. I happened to call at about 3:10 PM and she still let me get the lunch specials (ends at 3pm) which are only $5.25 and you get soup, eggroll and rice with your lunch special. I would recommend for everyone to try this this is just amazing I havent found anything like this since back home in Minnesota. Very delicious and very very nice people because I live so close about 2 miles my minimum order was only $10 for delivery even though we went over that. Chen was the driver and he was just great. I hope everyone is as pleased as I am with the food and service. Enjoy

Seemed like a good idea at the time- very much regretted later. Walking in, it looks like mainly they do take out. Girl taking our order also on phone the whole time. My friend ordered shrimp lo mein, I ordered cashew chicken. No offer of hot tea or water. Bought a cold bottled water from cooler. Food brought out to us, lo mein noodles pan fried and hard as a rock. My cashew chicken was so overcooked the chicken was hard to chew. I had to try and grab my own eating utensils, no real ones, just plastic. Literally 2 soy sauce packets in their pull out drawers so I grabbed them. Sorry people behind me, people working here dont give a crap about sit down customers. Sauce was not good, food pretty inedible, sitting like a rock in my stomach. Why oh why didnt I go to Kwans Sampan??

I am not the type to give low scores but I just cant give anything higher. I am always willing to give places a 2nd try but I dont think that this little place will get one. The flavor s were off, the egg drop soup was discolored and the egg was actually undercooked (they were still clear) I believe that the lady that is spoken about in reviews is not actually rude but misunderstood. Her tone is loud and as clear as possible, likely to be understood with a very heavy accent. The dinning area was clean. Difficult to read that this is the best place for Chinese and no... its not. :-(

I have ordered okay food from here before. Last time i place an order though (chicken fried rice) they thought they could put strips of tofu or something that was obviously not chicken into it. If they were out of supply they should have called back and said so so that i could modify my order not try to compensate and give me something else. pathetic service. On top of that the meat they use is hardly any good it seems like they took the scraps taken from good pieces of meat for use in their food. Could be good if they used better supply and better service. until then..

I ordered for the first time from here tonight. Granted the food was good, the only issues I had is that they forgot my Wong tons which really sucked cause I was looking forward to those. They also took an EXTREMELY long time to deliver... 45mins-1hr I mean cmon. You advertise fast delivery but its not. Heres a bonus, when I called in to make my order, the lady that answered was very rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to order. Great food, not the best service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. After being a loyal customer for many years and spending hundreds (maybe > thousand) dollars at this restaurant, I sent them an email stating my recent unhappiness with their food quality. I did not get a letter, phone call or email (ie.,NOTHING) back from them ... just a total brush off and ignore. I would rather go hungry than order from someone who doesnt care about their customers.

Really low quality food, aweful. Poor customer service, I called and said the food sucked, and they said, oh we get no complaints. AS IF! Tons of complaints on Google, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Grisly chicken, ordered egg rolls, received NO sweet and sour sauce. Worst in the business. Should be shut down. I saw some young kid there behind the counter and it looked like she was dying.

Today I ordered the chicken and garlic lunch special and when it got here. There was literally one piece of chicken in it covered in the garlic sauce and vegetables to cover the lack of chicken. When I called to see if they would make it right. They said I checked with the chef thats impossible. Calling me a liar. And said there is nothing they can do about it.. well here is what Im doin about it.

First of all customer service is bad. Anyways, We ordered orange chicken, chicken lo mein, and egg rolls. Weve been here before and it was decent but this time is was honestly, hate to say it, horrible. The chicken didnt seem like real meat and the egg rolls had some sort of pink "pork" in it. I just threw my food away and we wont be returning. The only thing that was decent was the lo mein.

Horrible people the woman are so rude, my egg drop soup is like glue sooo very disgusted!! I will drive to gilbert to the Wookie express to get Chinese food for now on, instead of going around the corner from my house ya that bad people. I couldnt even get a sweet n sour sauce without paying .25 cents but for free u could get orange sweet n sour sauce so gross!!
