I was very disappointed when I sacrificed a good portion of my day dedicated to getting to this restaurant and having the lunch experience I did. I didnt have everything they offered but there were things giving me red flags to lots of their other food items. First thing, before I even eat the food, we get sat down at a table and I notice that it smells really gross. Like sweat and poop gross. I get it, its a hot summer day in Phoenix, but my god. Maybe it was another customer, I have no idea (in which case who let the stanky river god in here) but that was my first impression. Drinks: I went with 3 other family members and we all ordered water. I come back from getting my first plate and theres an iced tea with 3 waters on the table. We all ask each other who ordered it, and no one did. So we try to get a waiters attention. No one comes by. And even when someone does, theyre faster than the speed of sound and the fastest hedgehog alive to get away before we can even open our mouths. Whatever, were introverts and we can handle the staggering $1.79 cost of this unwanted drink. Now onto the food. Their fried chicken tasted like blood, and their tempura tasted like fried chicken (which indicates that they deepfry their vegetables in the same oil as the raw chicken) while the egg drop soup had so much cornstarch in it, it was SLIMY and gooped almost like molasses. Their sushi fish was room temperature. I have never been so goddamn scared of sushi fish in my life. The waitress was rather bored and inattentive, actually taking away a plate I had placed to the side that was untouched as I was going to grab it and eat it (I didnt get to try their dumplings, but a family member told me they werent bad). She didnt even turn around when I tried to call out to her as she went over to pick up plates at a table across from us. Its a rather small nitpick compared to the hygiene, but still. Dessert: I had a single slice of the chocolate cake they offered (which has nuts and they didnt say anything) and it was dry to the point where I almost choked and had to drink water to wash it down. They are cheap and prefer to cut corners, sacrificing hygiene and customer service/general decency to give you that amazing low price of $10.88 for their lunch buffet (which you will pay for some way or another). Short story, if you have the option, dont go. Its not worth the risk of getting food poisoning or something worse. I didnt get sick, but everything about the place made my stomach turn.

Went to the renaissance festival today with my sister and 2 of our friends and decided to stop by this buffet on our way home because the reviews were so good and the price seemed great. We called before coming in and they told us that the price would be $10.99 plus $3 for drinks. We didnt think to ask about price while we were eating in since we already called 20 minutes before arriving, and when we got our bill it was almost $90. It showed $18.88 per person plus price for drinks. Thats almost double what we were told on the phone. When we saw our bill we brought it up to the front counter and asked why it wasnt the price we were told. She said they never have that price of $10.99. We explained that we called earlier and she just said "well thats not true, that couldnt have happened". I asked for the owner and she said that hed be right out. After 10 minutes of waiting, he finally came to our table. He repeatedly said that he cant help us with our bill. After talking to him for 10 more minutes, he said that he could only give us 10% off our bill and thats it. We proceeded to say that we were only going to pay the price we were told. He called the cops on us and told them that we were being criminalistic. After waiting outside for the cops to arrive, 4 cop cars pulled up, one after another, cornering our car (and us) in. We tried to explain the situation but didnt get much help. This owner and restaurant is awful. Dont come here unless you want to have the worst restaurant experience of your life. Management is handled poorly and they will not help you. Not to mention, a bug landed on my sisters food and was flying around our table and they basically laughed at us for bringing it up. This place is a joke. We will never come here again. Wish I could leave 0 stars and not be forced to leave 1.

The food here is definitely not clean. Theres a food safety issue in this restaurant. I literally puked after I started to eat for only 20 minutes. I am not allergic to any seafood. I puked so hard that I cant even hold it back. The service is horrible too. We came here after 3:00p.m. and at 4:00pm they change the food to the dinner ones. We took some more food since we are not full yet. Theres a waitress who is also one the owners of the restaurant. She came to us and told us that we have to pay for the dinner price too. We said no because we already paid and weve been eating for not even an hour. She just rudely took away our food that we havent even started. She has an unbelievably terrible service attitude. What can she do to the food that she took away? Put them back on the table and let other customers eat the food that has already been on other peoples table? Or throw them away? We will never go back to that restaurant due to their unclean food and terrible attitude.

Do not miss this buffet! Very good quality food. Worth every penny. Wonderful to be able to experience the foods of other cultures. The review below is nothing, but lies. Noticing a pattern of Hispanics not having any appreciation for any food except their own. ("greasy stir fries, and cold cuts" )OMG! Cold cuts? lololol "Emily Garcia 2 years ago No me gusta. The seafood component of Pacific Seafood Buffet is definitely lacking. Only 2-3 types of rolls, barely any sashimi (and not good quality) and not a single crustacean in sight. The buffet was mostly really greasy stir fries, rice, and some cold cuts. The desserts were dry and the variety was pretty sad. The server was super nice and sweet, but she was the only good thing about this place. Was surprised I did not get sick on the food (but then again, my stomach is made of steel). Would definitely not return. ever. ever."

My Review of Pacific Seafood Buffet Wow. This place has the freshest, moistest, most succulent sea food that I have ever had. Many of the waiters were Caucasian a few were Japanese. It was my husband that pointed out that most of our fellow diners were Asian. "If theyre eating here you know this place must be good." my husband said to me. The food was truly incredible. The sushi chef was awesome. His creations were beautiful and delicious to eat. Ill let my pictures speak for the food. Ive included pictures of the buffet and a desert plate with many of the deserts they offer. Funny thing is that my husband thought I was going to eat all of the deserts my self. Are you kidding? I left very full and regretful that I didnt have room to sample more of their wonderful sea food. This restaurant is a must repeat.
