I went in there for the first time after passing this establishment probably over 100 times and I have to say I am quite sad that I waited so long to try this place out. Excellent, crispy orange chicken and the pork fried rice was delicious. As for the service, I cannot comment on that since I ordered take out and didnt have some of the negative experiences with the waitresses that other individuals seem to have had. But as far as food and amount of food you get for the price, its a great place to eat. You literally get two meals from one order of orange chicken. That makes me happy :)

First time going here was on Christmas evening last year. LOL. We had just come back from spending time with some relatives in Payson and didnt want to cook. Every place we called was closed until we through of good ole Christmas Story. We called and found this restaurant open by our house so we be lined it over there. Needless to say it was packed. However, the wait staff was super friendly, got our order in and surprisingly enough it was out to the table in a reasonable amount of time. The food and service was great. Cant wait to go back next Christmas!

I have lived a lot of places, and I never expected to find some of the best Chinese food Ive ever had in Gilbert, Arizona. But with Great Wall, that is the case. The food is excellent, and has been without exception throughout the four years that we have been customers. The quality of the ingredients is obvious, and the recipes are delicious. Amy is a gracious hostess, and we love knowing that by frequenting this restaurant we are supporting our local small business economy. Try Great Wall -- youll love it!

I usually order from them as take out, but the food is always done promptly and is ready for pick-up once I get there. The times that I have eaten in, their staff is very attentive to drinks, and are quick to make sure that you are taken care of (extra rice if youve run low or when its time to go, drinks are always full). Food when eaten at the restaurant is HOT! Freshly cooked! Their Singapore Rice Noodle dish is godly, and has slowly become the thing I order from them the most.

This is the second time that I went here I didnt realize I had already eaten at this place until I went in again. After eating there a second time I realize why I couldnt remember the place. Theres nothing at all memorable the food was kind of bland I ordered something spicy that wasnt spicy, the appetizer came out and was way over cooked. I enjoy eating and this was not an enjoyable experience

Cheerful little place. Excellent food, friendly happy service staff and generous portions. Plan on bringing in a huge appetite. Recently they also went above and beyond service norms. Wed ordered food for pickup and ended up running later than their 9 PM close, but they were there waiting for us to come by and pick up the food. Quality of food enhanced by the excellent quality of service.

This is by far one of my top 3 BEST Chinese restaurants in all of Gilbert! Take it from a New Yorker with SUPER HIGH expectations and very picky about Asian cuisine! Their fried rice, lo mein, crab puffs, ribs, beef and broccoli, soups, I can go on forever! Always perfect and rather large portions too! You actually get what you pay for! The lunch specials are always great too!

Delicious food, great prices! Didnt feel overly greasy, like Asian food usually does to me. The honey glazed walnut chicken is craveable and unique. Chicken is in a slightly creamy sauce with candied nut garnish. Fried rice isnt amazing but the lo mein is loaded with veggies and has good flavor. We ordered takeout so no comment on the interior.

Great Chinese food, especially for someone from East looking for what Im used to. They have a good selection of dishes and as I always seem to forget, huge portions. Ive carried many a boxes of stuff out of here. Pretty much everything Ive had is good and they have some different recipes I dont see often like sesame beef and walnut chicken.

This place is great. Have never had any special order come out wrong and my family has been ordering here since it opened. We get consistant service no matter when we go or if its order in or take out. My sister comes up from Tuscon just to order their food. Thats gotta say something. Great food and great price. We always have left overs.

Im sitting in here writing my review because of how unsatisfied I am with my visit. I will never eat here again because they have zero customer service skills. Waitress was beyond rude and why she even works in the industry is beyond me. Also grab a broom and sweep the place up and clean those tables. If I could give negative stars I would!

Beef and broccoli had great flavor. Also fried rice was good. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken, which Im used to coming with peppers, onions, and pineapple. It was just chicken and sauce. Not sure if thats how they make it or if they misunderstood my order. Chicken had good flavor though. Might try again to see if that was a fluke.

Sunday lunchtime, small restaurant in strip mall off Gilbert, not busy. Ordered a lunch special with sweet and sour soup which was thickened to goopy. The Hunan chicken came out piping hot on a bento box like tray. The dish tasted good but again the sauce was too thick and the chicken a little rubbery. Service was good.

My husband and I have eaten at the Great Wall a handful of times now and weve never been disappointed. We recently put them to the test, ordering take-out for our New Years Eve party and not only did they get our order perfect all of our guests loved the food too. Good portions, great flavor and friendly service.

Ive tried this place 3 times since its close to my house. Its been very disappointing each time. The food was mushy and tasted awful. The fried rice was the best thing there, but honestly, Panda express would have been better. I spent $80 to feed five people and it was a total rip-off. Try somewhere else.

Best Chinese place in Arizona hands down. I saw a few reviews talking about the prizes. Wow really? Remember when you are going to a restaurant you are supposed to pay. Duhhh. And the prizes here are just the same as any other Chinese place. Be honest on your review. The portions on this places are huge.

Chinese Restaurants always scare me a bit, since they known to be unclean in a lot of circumstances. Not true here! We love to call in and pick up to go as well. They are quick and the portions and price are very fair. My wife and I love the almond honey glazed chicken the most. Highly Recommended!

The rudest people work there. I walked in and seeing the place many times before thought Id try it out. I was treated awful. The woman taking my order threw my debit card at me after I paid and constantly had a look of anger. The food was overpriced and mediocre. Left feeling really confused.
