Pros: To go order was ready in 10min or less. Inexpensive meals, fast service, friendly staff. Cons: I dont get the charge for simple dab of sour cream. Its cheap to purchase at grocery store. But here and other Mexican Restaurants they now charge 50¢-$1.00 for a dab. Can buy a small carton for $1.00 Can add up when as family we go out. They sure dont give a discount when we ask for no lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole or cheese. I just feel its tacky. I get extra charge for extra cheese cause its not cheap. Wished o knew where to buy that cheese & what king.. yum!

Where do I start... Ixtapa has been there for ever and I love it. The staff is friendly and quick, by the time you have sat down there is a waiter with chips and salsa(only free at lunch time) and ready to take your drink order. Most recently I got special 22. Three beef tacos (I substituted beef for chicken) then I ordered some tortillas, and wrapped my tacos. I love Ixtapa and cant wait to go back.

We eat at Ixtapa every week, sometimes twice a week. We are happy with the amount of time it takes to be served. They cook the food just for us. We know all the wait staff. Some of them have been there more than a decade. The menu is the same as East Chase but we like the atmosphere at Bell Plaza.

I go to Ixtapa at least 2 times a week. The chicken nachos are the best in Alabama. The staff is amazing and theyre always nice when I come in. The drinks are really great......the Mango Margarita is the best if you like sweet drinks. Ive been everywhere in Montgomery and theres no where else like it.

This location is crowded and noisy. We went on a discount drink night (non-drinkers) never again. The service is good but the food is too salty. I recommend the East Chaise location. We visit it ninety percent of the time.

This is a fabulous place to eat. They start by loading you up on yummy homemade corn chips and salsa. Then came the enormous main course, which was so tasty! Id definitely go back (if I didnt live 1000 miles away).

My favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The chips are thin and fresh and the salsa is not bland but not too hot. They use a high quality cheese too that I really miss when I go to some other similar restaurants.

Service was friendly but slow. Chips and salsa was good. Food was overpriced and unsatisfying. Had to leave in a hurry otherwise i would have questioned or disputed my bill. Will not return.

Have been eating here almost weekly since the original opened as La Fiesta on the Southern Bypass over 20 years ago. Still the best chips, salsa and guacamole Ive ever eaten anywhere.
