My son went to order our supper and waited while it was being fixed. He orders my nachos and was told he didnt have to specially ask for tomato that they came on it. He gets it home, his meal is so hot there is smoke coming off it, mine has no beans or tomato and the beef and cheese are so cold it is just inedible. I called to complain and ask for a Manger, the little girl who answered the phone informed me that there was no Manager to assist me. I asked to speak to someone about a complaint I am then told there is no one who can take my complaint that they are too busy. I asked again too busy to take care of a customer with an incorrect order and was told that no one would talk to me about this. I said too busy to care about customer service she then said she could get someone but I would have to wait for a while because they were washing dishes and wouldnt want to stop I said fine. We will not be coming back to your store and she said good thats fine. My son has gone there to do a face to face with someone else. It will either be fixed properly or I will get a refund. But I am done with your rude employees this is not the first issue I have had with your staff but it is the last. This is the worst I have ever been treated and I will not allow this again.

Me and my mother have been to every other Puerto in town (3 others), and we love them. Excellent food, hospitality, atmosphere, etc. We decided to come to this one b/c weve recently moved and it was the closest one to our new place. We were excited. But that didnt last very long after we were seated. There were only 2 tables occupied in the entire restraunt when we sat down and our order was taken. Two more parties were seated aftet that, and theyre food arrived before ours. By about ten minutes. 45 minutes after we ordered we finally got our food. Which was cold. Worst service ever. I dont recommend coming to this Puerto. I do, however, encourage others to go to the one on Scottsville Rd. That place is awesome.

The Fajita Taco Salad I had was the best taco salad Ive ever had. My son had a plate with chorizo and it tasted nearly burnt. My wife also did not like her bean burrito. The wait staff was nice, but the service was slow even though the place was nearly empty. Overall I would not go back.

My girlfriend and I eat at this restaurant all the time. They make awesome margaritas and the food is great. My girlfriend does not even like to eat at other Mexican restaurants because, in her her words, "its just not the same".

Freezer burned chicken, limp soggy vegetables, nasty guacamole, and a belly ache. Didnt quite scrape the one-star bottom because the margarita was decent and plentiful. Shoulda gone across to El Mazatlan.

Just dont go. Bland food and better Mexican food places in town. I havent had great experiences the times I have been there. The chips were warm and the queso and food were delivered quickly.

The blandest "Mexican" food Ive ever eaten... The beef on the nachos tasted like plain ground beef... No seasoning at all. Same with the shredded chicken... Service was good.

Da food is eatable I like it, but da hostess she charged me $15 for 3 steak tacos n da menu stated 1.25 each I snapped at her took da food drop $4 n walked out
