Clean place ....for the most part. Friendly staff and food and ingredients were fresh. Only three stars though because the food was extraordinarily bland. Funny those words should not go together but they are so true. The "steak" which was more like shredded beef was seriously tough and dry and lacked flavor of any sort. My boyfriend got the "baja chicken" on his burrito and said it was more like watery mush with slight chicken flavoring. I thought this place might be neat to try when passing through Holland and saw decent reviews. I thought it might be like a Moes Southwest Grill kinda deal and it was ...but this place doesnt even compare to Moes. At least Moes has the flavors that Baja Grill seems to lack. This place would be alot better if they fixed their recipes.

I have eaten Mexican food all across the US and in Canada. I can honestly say that even compared to a sit down restaurant, Baja Grill makes the best food and has the best service. I have been going there for almost 11 years now and any chance I am in that part of town I try to eat there. Price wise it is on the lower end of fast food Mexican chain restaurants but it has the best food. The best food is the tostadas with ground beef, absolutely incredible.

Always awesome! Fresh flavorful mouthwatering, (and pretty darn good tasting too) skinless burrito bowl is the way to go for me! All fresh made Pico, Guacamole, black beans, tomatoes, and great chicken choice (I had both kinds, Omg so good!) make this a healthy no brainier for anyone on the run! Spicy, hot or mild this place is the Bomb!

This was me and my childrens second time here,and it was great. The customer service was awesome and the food was amazing. We enjoyed coming here for great tacos and a quiet atmosphere. I would recommend people to try this establishment if you want great Mexican food.

Baja has yummy food. The staff works hard to remember you and make you feel welcomed. It can get super busy, especially at lunch time. (I recommend having a light sweater, it is often cold inside, regardless of what time of year it is.)

Me and my boyfriend went there accidentally vut decideed to try it out we ordered their quesadillas and they were delicious. The chicken or which ever meat you choose have alot of flavor as well. Weve gone back and still will again.

Im in love with baja. It is an amazing very friendly restaurant. Me and my friends hang out there very often, anyone I have introduced to baja has become instantly addicted and craves it regularly... as I myself do too

We live a couple blocks away and go there at least once or twice a week. Its perfect if you need a quick meal but dont eat fast food. The flavors are great and Ross and Gary are awesome!
