This is the best Mexican restaurant in Montgomery! Its located in a strip type shopping center near Atlanta Hwy. All of their food is amazing, but I love the cheese dip and chicken quesadillas! They serve typical Mexican food, but its so much tastier and has better flavor than other places. The service is great, and employees are really nice & friendly. They make alcoholic drinks nice and strong for your money too. Its also a great place for birthday parties. If its your birthday, theyll put a Sombrero on your head and sing happy birthday while you eat free fried ice cream, which is also very tasty. If you come to Montgomery, you have to try San Marcos!

Worst experience ever! Served spoiled pork, it tasted like onions and body order. Manager and server were offended that I called out the spoiled food. My friend who is fluent in Spanish asked if this is the authentic food you eat at home, both responded hesitantly...Yes. Never again, should have gone to anywhere but here, just wanted tacos and an adult beverage.

The only good thing was the queso and chips. The tacos we ordered were not good at all. The tortillas were cold and my chicken tacos were not seasoned at all. Only a shred of lettuce was added. Also, the chicken appeared to have come out of a can! My daughter refused to eat her beef taco saying it tasted funny. I do not recommend this place.

first time in a few years i have been to this place. use to be pretty good. if you want cold, bland, out of the can so called mexican food go here. the plates are hot, but not the food. when your 4 and 6 year old kids want eat fries and chicken tacos you know something is not right.

Ive been going here since I was in Diapers (Im 22 now), the staff knows my family well and always treats us so nice. The food is always good (for me at least) and for the price you cant really beat it. I will miss the staff and the food when I move.

Ive lived in Montgomery for 7years now....and San Marcos in my opinion is the best when you blend price and quality of the food. The Burbank location isnt the best and kinda congested but you will be surely satisfied with the food.

It doesnt look like much, but its true Mexican food! It is consistently great food, with wonderful service. Im impressed by the friendliness of the staff here, and how great the food is each time per week I visit this restaurant.

This is by far the best Mexican place in Montgomery!! I am pregnant and since I got food poisoning at a different Mexican restaurant a few years ago, they r the only ones I trust. They r very clean:-)
