I have been going to the one on 86th and Ditch for the past 6 years and I love it. The food is very good for the price, the portions are good, I love their spicy salsa. The drinks are just right, I love the pomagranate margarita! The staff is very friendly and prompt with their service! The only downside is one tv in the bar area needs to be fixed. This is my haven after a long day at work, or just to get out with my husband, or take my children to spend some quality time over a great meal in a great environment! I love Cancun.

Worst service ever! Yes we went on a busy day ( Cinco De Mayo) but thats not a good enough excuse for lack of service. They are very lucky I didnt walk out without paying. Which was highly possibly! The food was decent but I would have been better off with just stopping at a Taco Bell.

Warm welcome EVERY time I come in, literally to where the staff recognizes me and knows my usual. The one time I had an issue, the manager heard me out and resolved the matter exquisitely. Outside of that the food is delicious, I highly recommend the Diego Dip.

Monte & Kay like the friendliness & attention of the staff. Sometimes, would like a little slower pace; but most of the time we are very satisfied with the spacing time between drinks, appetizers & main course. Love the extra napkins, cleanliness & Smiles!

Could do better with their entrees, the food is less than stellar, but not terrible The price is good, but not great compared to the food. The service is good and quick Other than that being vegan this is not my first choice

Clean and good atmosphere. Too bad the service was very slow and the tortilla soup was so awful even I couldnt eat it (and Im the human shop vac). Chicken Jose Frog was decent... May give it a 2nd chance someday...

Quesadea vegetables were raw with soggy tortilla gross, lady wanted me to move my baby instead of walking around, sauce taste like spegitty sauce, food was very expensive, go to taco bell its more mexican

If you want some what authentic Mexican food this is the place to go to...their red sauce on burritos is amazing..um the only bad thing is they tell you they cant change the channel on the tv lol

We ordered nachos and the toppings were sparse at best. Our server was as sparse as the toppings on our nachos. I dont believe well be revisiting Cancun Mexican Restaurant.
