The service is horrible!! They are ALWAYS out of whatever it is you wanna order. In every way that matters this place just plain SUX!! Save yourself some time and frustration ... skip this place and go on to Popeyes. At least you wont have to sit in the drive thru for 20 min. only to have them tell you theyre out of EVERYTHING!

I would give them zero stars. Every time we go our chicken is short and we always have to return to the store to replace the chicken that was Left out of the bucket. Food is low quality and the people that work there are not friendly at all. The place was filthy and no workers were wearing hair nets. Will not return.

Needs a 0 star button. This place is so bad. The manager is nice but ever time Ive been there they have messed up my order. Usually I dont even get my whole order. They said save my receipt and they will replace my order. Would love too if they had actually giving me a receipt.

My shoes stuck to the floor,the cashier was salty af... 8 pm no tea, they claim they do not serve the butter packets for the biscuits anymore,no honey mustard for dipping,i was afraid to ask for anything else... This location SUCKS LIKE THE STRAWS THEY DIDNT HAVE

The company needs to train your staff to be more professionalism when customer is trying to order their menu. And dont need to rush the customer when they trying to order their food its not necessary to rush the customer when they are trying to order their food.

Never have the chicken you want! Never have chicken cooked, always a 20 minute wait just for them to cook! But always manage to give out freebies to their friends who they are standing around talking too. This place on the Beltline is a joke!!

Absolutely frustrating. Nothing fast or friendly about it. Food quality ok but staff and experience make it almost unbearable. Unfortunately it has been this way the past 2 times I have been. Will not be returning.

Our food was not good at all. It wasnt cooked fresh and was barely warm. The restaurant itself looks like it could use a good cleaning and the employees were mumbling instead of speaking. I wont go back.
