I was traveling through Lafayette Indiana and saw there was a KFC with the buffet available. Since I hadnt been to a KFC in a while, and had never been to one with a buffet, I decided to give it a try. I walked in it was exactly 7:58pm. All the lights to the buffet were on & there was even one other customer currently at the buffet getting food. I could see that It was fully stocked as well. I told the employee at the counter that I would like to try the buffet. He then looked up at the clock, looked back at me, and refused to serve me stating the buffet closes at 8:00pm. I would understand if I it was 8:15pm or even 8:05pm, but I was there before it "closed". Also its not like I was there with a big family, I was alone.This is very poor customer service This KFC definitely doesnt know how to treat their customers.

While chewing my coleslaw, I bit down on something hard. It was bright yellow accordion shaped two inch long piece on plastic. I spoke with a manager about the foreign object. The manager showed another manger the object and told me that the GM would come out to talk to me. After 15 - 20 mins, the GM nevet came out. I visited the store days later (to speak with the GM). The GM stated, "I saw the object. It was a piece of ONION "! What does this mean? 1. Crew members cant tell the difference from hard bright yellow plastic and a slice of onion. 2. Its OK for customers to chew on foreign object as long as to GM thinks it is an old hard onion. 3. Its KFC policy to lie, deny, ignore, and move on.

A friend & myself was there last week,around 7pm. The food sucked of what they had out,then what was out was cold. The workers start cleaning lobby @ 8 pm & NO Where in there does it say that they quit serving buffet, no signs or nothing. So I would like too know why they do when they only have signs up that say when they close? I would not recommend no one too go there. Also,did you know that they will only cook chicken livers for lunch,they will tell you that they are out. They Suck at food & service!!!!!!! Save your money!

Very disappointed 2nd time they screwed up my order. Last week I asked if they still had the meal with 2 pcs, 2 sides and a biscuit. She said sure we can do that. I got to work I had the 5 dollar meal instead with no pop. I spent almost $2 more for it. So today I go there thinking ok this should work. I ordered the $5 meal then a green bean single on the side with crispy chicken. I got original chicken small potato and small green bean. Plus I paid almost $2 more. Looks like I might need a break.

Well the bathrooms was not clean and the dinning room person was talking to the customers Moore then she was working. She could of been going and checking them. I probably will not return to this one its gone way down hill. Until the management get better to do their job about the employee doing the job right. And as a customer I should not have been cleaning the restroom my self to use the toilet

buffet is ok ,chicken legs are rare to get. coleslaw is awesome. needs more filled spaces on buffet,restrooms could be cleaner. last time i went one guy who worked there was like "god!" "You guys must be hungry" ( looking at what we had on our plates) duh...its a buffet. ok place. i say go through drive thru instead of eatting in.

I was there 2 weeks ago and the food was cold. I ended up getting food poisoning from it. At midnight I threw up and that morning, I also had it coming out the other end. My son also got sick from it. Then after the FP we both got sick because our body were fight off the poisoning. I will never eat here again.

Absolutely awesome here! My husband and I dont dine out very often, and only being here 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years, the manager always remembers us and greets us with, "Long time no see! How have you guys been?" Great representation of KFC.

Did the buffet very little selection 60% is desert times on food not checked gizzard hard and not very fresh little selection on chicken being a chicken place. For about $10 should have gone to golden corral

Good food. The seats and tables were a bit dirty and greasy. The food gave me instant diarreah, but totally worth it. The atmosphere was so-so, could have used some happier music. In the end 6 out of 10.

The food was just mediocre compared to other KFCs that I have been to. I ordered my meal and some of the food was already cold by the time I got it. The dinning area was also very small and cramped.

The staff were super helpful and nice. The restaurant has a buffet. Which surprised me. No music though today, maybe thats better than the cheap canned music you hear around.

Was very dirty. Staff was rude. My husband found hair in his food. And then in his desert it had what looked like blood. Do not go here. Over priced for poor service !!
