Take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the Lafayette KFC. I will never dine here again. The management is careless, and the rest of the staff reflects this. My husband and I bought buffets at 7 P.M., only expecting to stay 30-minutes or so. After we filled our drinks and sat down, one of the associates started throwing ALL of the food away. We werent the only ones in there, there were 3 other families. Another one of the associates came and started sweeping underneath all of the tables, while doing so, she started shoving the broom into our feet. Constantly. They dont close the lobby until 10 P.M. or so? When we asked for a refund (because we didnt get to eat ANYTHING!) the manager literally fought with us, and I mean he was yelling. He told us that "if any customer comes in at 7 P.M., they should know that food is getting thrown away and they can eat the scraps leftover." When I told him that we wouldnt be back, he laughed, out loud and said "thats fine, we dont need you back." I wrote the company about this, and I never received a reply. If you ever plan on eating here, it would be in your best interest to expect the worst.

Be sure to check your entire order thoroughly before you pull away. I ordered a 3 piece box combo with 3 legs instead of just the one with a thigh and breast--they informed me it would coat extra which is fine with me, I know being picky comes at a price. Once I got home though and looked in my box I had the regular combo--Not the legs I had ordered. It may seem petty but if I order something specifically and pay extra for it, I sort of expect it to be how Id like. Quite disappointed.

They are all slow as hell charging people for buffet with only 10 mins left food is not hot they dont have a sign saying how long the buffet even open never going back there I will be calling the Corporate office something need to be done I know this is not the way they want this restaurant to be ran making customer not want to come back please please dont go there drive to Lafayette location

Food is cold and completely wrong my husband ordered mashed potatoes and we got coleslaw told him they were out of mac and cheese but yet 3 of our side are wrong and are mac and cheese the chicken is so hard you cant even eat it!!! Worst thing Ive ever eaten complete waste of money...

Their service is terrible, but food was always good for me. But today, I ordered 6 pc meal and 2 pc of them were hard like rock. They seemed to be fried more than 3 times. I used to go this place besides terrible service because food was good, but I wont go this place anymore.

The cashier tried to charge me for food I did not order nor receive. I caught it before I left, but I had to fight with a manager to get my money back. Avoid this store unless you like being a victim of card fraud.
