My family and I have gone here on two occasions. Both were equally horrible. The chicken tenders are over cooked and bland. The fries are the most generic crappy french fries you can imagine. The wings were not good either. I think their menu is too big and they have lost the ability to do chicken, which they are named after. We decided to either drive to Madison to go to Tenders, who have fabulous chicken strips and wings or get them from Publix or Southern Family Market Delis. Roosters is a disgrace to chicken. I wish people would stop going their out of desperation so that they will close and we have a chance at a good chicken restaurant coming here...more like Tenders hopefully.

The food was good, but the customer service was unnacceptable. My daughter got sweet tea and it tasted burnt and bitter. We asked if we could use the same cup and get a fountain drink. The lady told me we would have to pay another $1.20!!!! That's crazy!!! Why would you lose a customer over that little money? I had already paid for the cup. So we proceeded to drink out of my fountain drink cup with many refills! We drank more drink this way than we would have if they had just let her get a drink. Whatever happened to pleasing a customer? Apparently this resturant does not care about customer service!

Over the past year the new owners have changed the restuarant alot. They have decorated the inside and his more welcoming. I noticed 96 health score its been years since its been that high. The food quality is tons better. The menu is now organized. And you no longer have to wait 15 ninutes for a chicken snack. Customer service is now friendly ans they appeciate your business. I highly recommend that you go dine there and bring you family they are family friendly. And if you quit going please return and give the new owners a chance.

Great chicken, tasty waffles...love it. DELICIOUS!!!! Very good, n very impressed with the quality of food and how good it was I would definitely recommend all to go here, also fine chicks out here!!! Best Fried Chicken and Waffles…Service is always friendly! The staff was relaxed and friendly, the place was clean and the food was excellent. I will go back again and again.

Dont eat here bought wings on superbowl Sunday manager said they were cooked 45 min ago but were not warm and tastes as if they were 2 weeks old ..save your money and go to sams bar and grill or McDonalds for that matter . Manager didnt want to make it right and simply didnt seam to care ... I dont know how they are stll in business.

Make sure you check your order. They will over charge you for something you didnt want. When shown undeniable proof, they say “well you should have brought it back”. Like we live next door to them. after you called for 2hours (might as well not have a phone) You should of brought it back, No you should have never messed my order up.

Love the food, meh about the service. I recommend the fingers (dipped in your peferred sause for a slight fee) over the wings if youre looking for more meat. Good place if you are serious about liking your wings/fingers hot (if you do try their 911 sauce).

Best chicken strips in town. Generous portions. Doesnt have a lot of atmosphere. Taking out the drink dispenser and putting up a pile of junk didnt help things.
