Went to this KFC today (and the last 2x) I have been there, through the drive-thru, they nver give you napkins. Todays visit set me off and I will not return to KFC. The customer service there today, um...there was no customer service. The only thing the guy said to me the entire time was $6.35. Not a hello, thank you, kiss my foot or anything. Plus no napkins, no condiments, nada. Just plain low class. Tell everyone you know to go elsewhere. If anyone from KFC sees this, since I went to your "opinionport" but was not allowed to leave any comments, and did not qualify for the "prize", my order # was 0590; at 13:19; KFC store J718139. You seriously need to consider an upgrade to your employee training and customer servce.

I dont normally write reviews about restaurant experiences but I had to this time. Was asked to be pulled around to the front of the building and was told food would be brought put to us, after 10 minutes still waiting so I went inside and apparently our food was forgot about. Got back in my vehicle and my food was wrong and burned. Come back inside to get the right food and had to wait another 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Another thing, I personally am a manager at a fast food restaurant and I was looking around as I waiting inside and the lobby looked filthy, employees looked sloppy and not clean while also not wearing any kind of gloves or anything as they touched food. Personally I am never coming back here again.

KFC is known for Zinger Burger! Ive eaten international version of it, alright! India and UAE (Dubai). Believe me, theres absolutely no comparison! The one that I had here was lukewarm, salty and was smelling funny! Potato wedges were awful. The worst food item was cookie! It felt as if it was made 2 days ago! Yuck!!! The restaurant was filthy with no A/C working! It was 83 degrees outside, alright! Imagine how humid and sticky air would it be inside. Employees are a joke. Rude and careless. Never visiting again!

Theres only one cashier working and there was like 6 other people there and no one was helping the cashier she was taking orders and serving the food out all by herself and she had a lot of people in there waiting the other workers for very rude to the cashier when the cashier asked for help and then my order came out not to be even what I asked for or what I paid for I didnt even get all of my food

While the restaurant had a fresh remodel on the outside, the inside was very lacking. Went at lunch and stood in line for 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Unfortunately the cashier needed help with every order and this was during lunch rush. The tables were very dirty and seating was very limited. Ended up leaving without ordering.

Always a great location to visit because theres hardly ever a wait. Its close to everything on the By Pass, and usually parking isnt too bad. They have a full buffet if you are super hungry and great prices on meals. Helpful and friendly staff gets you through the drive-thru pretty quickly. Great place to stop for a $5 lunch!

This place use 2 be nasty on the inside the employees never cleaned the dinning room floor always had good and drinks all over the floor never kept the buffet fool ...now that they remodeled it havent been inside went thru drive thru its ran by all black people...haha

Its a fast food restaurant... A KFC, at that... All the other reviewers must not go to KFCs or fast food restaurants very often... Its not really clean, and the food is as expected... I dont go to fast food places a lot but when I do, they are usually like this.

Had a pleasant experience. My children and i enjoyed the buffet which was full of all of the kfc favorites. The employees made the entire experience 10 x better. They were energetic, curtious, team oriented, professional, and an all around asset to the company.

I went there the other day and I saw a cockroach scurry across the drink station. I nearly slid on the floor from all the grease and there were crumbs and trash all over the restaurant. Really a filthy establishment and lackluster customer service.

Every time we went in the bar is aful. You ask about the food and the workers get an atitude. In the evening around six they start terring the bar down who wants to spend money like that and there isnt hardly any food

Cleanliness is always deficient at this location. Bathrooms not stocked well. Soda fountain line have a buoyant never been cleaned, drain test smells terrible. Food is typically on point to fast food standards.
