I am little disappointed in my trip to Popeys this evening in Decatur Al my wife and I chose to go there and order there 10 pc special mix chicken only spicy .Well we got the chicken and we got home in Trinity chicken still fairly warm but we could not find our receipt and the chicken was no where near spicy just greasy and thighs was so small and in our 10 pc we got 1 breast 1 leg 3 wings look like 3 thighs and 2 poorly cut breast not whole but the 9pc cut you can make on a chicken and get away with it if you know how to cut chicken ,I tried calling no answer ,so I come here I say chicken was hot when it came up but we chose to wait til we got home and it was still warm just not spicy and look sad for a 10pc chicken only Have a good day all Be blessed not Stressed it only chicken

The order taker Jasmine was unbelievable ride.When I ask about the order she said she was takes the order and thats not what yall said.She was rude to me..Worst service ever and I run fast food for a living..I will call corporate my whole order was wrong and no girls..No fries no chicken tenders didnt ask to wait to cook for us just said they had no e and tried to charge me for go st which I u understand extra sauce good cost do t no e paying but I just spent $40 on two meals!!!!!!!Very pissed

I just left this Popeyes location & I was not impressed by the service. I never got my food so I really cant rate that! I went through the drive-thru & placed my order & was told to pull out to the parking lot & they would bring it out...15 minutes later I still didnt have my food. When I asked them about it they said they got confused about the order...I just got my money refunded & I probably wont be going back.

In general the food is quite good and properly cooked. The choices available for side items are excellent. Unfortunately, the side portions are skimpy and do not begin to fill their containers. The inside service is quite good for a fast-food eatery; the staff are welcoming.

When you get a good hostess (order taker?) its always a good time. Sometimes they have people with no personality but hey its Popeyes! The shrimp po"boys are awesome. And the soundtrack is great. Wish I were back in Louisiana.

Always love Popeyes, but if you go to this one during or after the supper rush, you might not get the best service or the correct order. Last three times I went, my spicy chicken was mild.

Went to Popeyes, was rude persona to take my Order and tell me that there about to close only option spice chicken and fries. Ask about mash potato still to mash my fries, how rude!
