First time visit here and I didnt know they were about to close. I heard their frozen drinks were really good. So I clicked to order and was told to wait. While waiting an attendant that was coming back in came over and told me that their system was down and they couldnt take any orders. I thought she meant they couldnt take it from the board. But she just said "sorry" and walked off. They were taking orders out to other customers but suddenly they couldnt take mine. All I wanted was a drink. Then just after she walked off someone answered me on the speaker and said "sorry were closed" and then they were gone. Now I clicked the order button before they were closed, and other people were still coming in while I was experiencing this. I understand people want to get out of there but the attendant should have taken my order. Very disappointing customer service.. I now know their closing times and might try again another time. I saw alot of good reviews for this location so I dont know what happened.

We had some pretty slow service but then again they were slammed, still 6 minutes to answer a call light seemed a bit excessive. I definitely like the Sonics better on my side of town. In total it was over a 15 minute wait for a medium soft drink alone. Again they were slammed ... but still, a below average experience.

One of the best Sonics in the Nashville area. Always good portions & Ive never had a bad burger here. Other Sonics seem to cut their meat quantities in the chicken wraps- not here. Shakes & slushy mixes are always good too. Well drive to Springfield if we want Sonic even though we may be close to another....

This location offers consistently quick service and quality food. The ordering and payment process is so much more enjoyable now as they have replaced all of the old menu/POS stations with large LCDs and much better payment methods.

I really like this Sonic. All the servers I have met are very friendly. I get the Route 44 iced coffee or iced tea on a regular basis. Even though I dont order food that often, the service is very good.

Was on the way home for family funeral. Did not have enough cash to get everything I wanted. The girls in the place gave me what I ordered and the onion rings I wanted. Would go back in a hearbeat.

This sonic just got the new menu boards and theyre pretty cool. This one stays pretty busy but theres not usually too bad of a wait. Ive never had a problem with getting the right order.

I go for compensation drinks. They get my order right about 80% of the time. The few times I did got food they got it right all except condiments.
