RANT: just left KFC Goodlettsville... Ordered a meal 8 pic meal and asked to upgrade 2 pieces of the meal to breast... I know there was an up charge, been ordering the same thing at this location for 20 years! Ordered an 8 piece meal. The young lady taking my order told me..." Sir I have the extra chicken but cant give it to you because someone behind you might order breast and it would make them wait 15 minutes"... My response... So you have it, but you wont sell it to me? ... "No sir, you will have to wait the 15 minutes"... But you have it... Right??? So Im like, youre gonna make me wait instead of the people behind me because of the chance that they might order breast? I just drove off shaking my head!!! Im done and will never be back. Things like this has happened to several friends and family at this location!

Have received uneven service at this location. They can be out of what you want. On my last visit they were out of original recipe so I decided to settle for extra crispy, but the server got confused and completely forgot to fill my order. Ultimately she tried to make up for the mistake by giving me extra chicken, which I appreciated, but by then its just not a pleasant experience overall. Pepsi mixture on the soda fountain was wrong. I told them and when I went to refill it was still bad. Maybe the machine is defective or maybe they ignored me. Either way, not great. On the plus side, the store has been recently remodeled and is much nicer than it was.

Customer service keeps going down and down. The other day I ordered, and then the attendant left the line and didnt come back until she completely finished bagging my order. I dont know why she didnt assist the rest of the line, its not like my order was so quick that she could easily put it together. I heard the manager say something under her breath that was not very friendly. I dont know why customer service just keeps dropping.

chicken was cold my order was wrong and my drinks tasted like salt water i called the manager and she said i would get redund for the drinks thats all complain about and when i got to the window i was disrespected and told i cant get refund for nothing so i just told her to keep my money so they can ger richer selling poor food i will never buy from kfc again plus the customer service was sorry

My first time at KFC. I had the popcorn nugget meal, and it was great. The only complaint I have is that the Popcorn Chicken meal only comes with one side and no biscuit, unlike most other meals there, which have two sides and a biscuit. Reminiscent of typical fast food you may find at Popeyes or Chick-Fil-A.

Late one night the family was looking for a quick bite and we decided on fried chicken. This KFC was close so I grabbed a family meal deal. Since we asked for extra crispy and it was late I had to wait for a batch to get cooked. I was in and out of the restaurant in about ten minutes, so no complaint from me.

Generally okay service over the past decade, but check your drive thru order. This place has consistently screwed up our drive thru orders to the points its a running joke with my wife and I. Theyve done better recently, and sometimes ya just gotta have some KFC and take a chance!

I ate here at 12 oclock noon and the food was cold. The chicken sandwich was cold along with the bun. The sandwich calls for bacon and they put two partial strips on it. Only thing that tasted decent was my drink. Now I remember why I dont go to KFC.
