Stopped in for chicken. Ordered a 4 pc meal ( breast, thigh, drum and wing) when i got home i had 2 thighs a drum and a wing. Tried to purchase a reload card, couldnt do it. It was passed 8pm. You either offer a service or you dont. There are 3 other convience stores within 3 blocks of you. I will patronize them.

I bought a twelve piece order of their chicken and I ask for a Bbq sauce and they wanted to charge me .39 cents for a sauce even though I had bought 12 pieces of chicken the cashier let me know that sauce is not included and their is an extra charge. Horrible customer service.

Pass by 3 pm on Sunday young man making the chicken dropped 2 pieces picked it up and put it back in with the fresh chicken. Yuck! So gross. We left so fast and went to Rutters.
