Terrible Experience!! Do not order online! I went to the New China House website directly from the "Website" link provided on Google at 6:30. At 7:50 still no food. Called the restaurant. They asked for my delivery address twice and told me they had the order and it was on its way. At 8:30 still no food. Called again and confirmed the delivery address AGAIN. They said the driver had just left when I called earlier and he should be at my house very soon. 5 minutes later they called back and said the food had already been delivered. They confirmed the address with me again and this time read back a completely different address. Turns out they never received the order because they hadnt paid the Google linked website so even though I received confirmation, it was not functional. No attempt to make things right. Thanks New China House! Were eating soup tonight.

Worst service EVER today..I ordered through baltimore eats 24 online..the 4 wings were full of feathers and didnt smell right..When I say full of feathers whole chicken wing looks like it was just thrown in the fryer... My 9 year old daughter ate a piece before noticing it..I called the store..the woman who answered the phone was very rude..she told me all their chicken is like that its normal and that we just shouldnt eat the ends of the wing..ummmm excuse me its the whole damn chicken..she refused to reimburse me or give me the owners name..I informed her that I would be contacting the health department .her response was thats why they have insurance..Im so outraged by this place .My daughter has an upset stomach now..this is totally unacceptable..This is not the last they will be hearing from me..

Best Crinkle-Cut French Fries in Maryland. Yes, I know it sounds strange considering we are talking about a Chinese food place, but its true. I consider myself a connoisseur of fried potatoes, and this place does everything right when it comes to their fries. Great price, cooked very well, and the texture is phenomenal. I highly recommend grabbing an order of fries with your usual Chinese choices, which they also prepare better than most of the Asian places in town. My only criticism would be that the location itself isnt too pretty on the inside or outside, but that is expected for a place that mainly does delivery and pickup. Try it out!

Weve been ordering from here for about 3 years. The new delivery guy is a total jerk. Last time we ordered from them, we didnt realize we didnt have cash until he arrived and had to call to pay with CC over the phone (which maybe took 3 minutes). The delivery guy huffed, puffed, rolled his eyes at us and said he didnt have time for this. Last night we ordered, it took over an hour and a half for our very small order to arrive. The egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken smelled off, but I was starving and ate it anyway... Ive been up sick all night and all morning! Such a shame. They used to be so good.

Every meal, great portion and quality. I do wish she would give me more shrimp in the general gstos shrimp but thats just because I love it so much. They have never taken too long delivering, they have never messed up an order and even their HALF LEMONADE/HALF TEAS are the best in the state. I would just like to say that I have known the owner since she first opened, her and her family do a wonderful job with the biz and they always greet me with kindness and are never rude to me, even when they dont know its me picking up the order

Went here for over 7 years faithfully but no more . Sad that some other races only care about their own but our money feeds their family. Ordered the shrimp and vegetables. Got home and called because it had chicken in it also. I dont eat Chinese chicken anymore so I know what i ordered. Put me on hold to come back and tell me what a teenage kid said who took my order. Really and no apology. Just lost a customer! Hopefully you all read this and look at your order before you leave. Peace I will not pay money where Im not appreciated.

Why would you order food and be told that you cant get utensils? How am I supposed to eat the food? And then when it is delivered and I explain to the driver that there are no utensils, the bag is so greasy that ALL of the food falls out and splatters across the ground. Horrible service! Never eating here again!

I order there fried chicken atleast 1 time a week and I get delivery service and I dont wait long on my food. Its always hot Freash and taste great o would recommend this place to anyone in the area..... PS if ur delivery takes long ask to get put on priority delivery list

I should have ordered on line, but I was close to restaurant. No answer on phone. I was tired, and had to wait 40 minutes. Nobody said it is coming up soon. When asked, the guy said I was next, which was another 10 minutes. No apologies about the delay.

Its almost like any other carry out chinese place. They are fast and efficient. Not recommended for eating in. But the food is good and the portions substantial.The lady who runs the place is very sweet and easy to understand.Recommended .
