We found this place by accident - what good luck on our part. We drove in from Lebanon PA to hit the bike trail and ended up at the visitor center and discovered the trolley. So we locked up our bikes, jumped on the trolley and the guide raved about the Market in town and knew that we were looking for lunch. Well we got off at the market and unfortunately discovered one of the saddest markets ever. Hardly any stands and definitely not lunch worthy. We were in and out and through it in less than 5 minutes but the trolley had already left. We asked an older couple in the street where the nearest bar was and they sent us to Columbia Kettle. We loved it immediately! The atmosphere, the service, the beer, the food! What a great experience! We shared a sandwich and were thrilled when they brought it out to us on 2 separate plates, with enough chips for both of us and a pretzel for each of us. We couldnt have been more pleased - and the panini was delicious! We cant wait to return and bring a few friends along for great beer and food!

We heard about this new brewpub in Columbia, so we decided to stop in to give it a try. We had a test flight of 4 beers (Russian Imperial, Belgian Trippel, Oktoberfest, and Red IPA). They were all good, and we ended up getting full pints of the Red IPA as well as their German Pils. Those 2 were very good. We played some darts, watched some of the Penn State game, and enjoyed our time there. They do offer panini sandwiches, as well as some other local food snacks (i.e. York City Pretzels, Epic Pickles, etc...) for munchies. My only disappointment was that I was looking for a good wheat beer (hefeweisen or belgian whit), but they only had one that was fruit infused. I prefer a simple wheat beer, sans fruit flavoring. But overall, still a good place for a beer.

Small town craft beer at its finest! I love that this is in my town. These guys have done a great job creating a really nice atmosphere and act as great ambassadors to locals especially who dont know much about craft beers. Saturday nights are JAMMED in there - and for good reason. Each brew Ive sampled Ive enjoyed thoroughly. Id highly recommend the Bald Guy when its available. The coffee stout isnt too shabby either. Just enough tasty eats to keep your belly satisfied. I also think its cool that they let outside food trucks roll up as a chance for regulars to try something new. Great business - thanks for doing a fine job.

This is a trendy, nice place with some excellent beer. The food menu is limited to paninis and finger foods, but what they offer is tasty. We have not attended on a Wednesday yet. Thats the day they have barbecue brought in from another place. We were a little disappointed when we visited that the barbecue isnt available every day. Be warned that the place gets extremely noisy at even half capacity. All the surfaces are hard and reflect sound a little too well.

Columbia is a struggling blue collar town with a big heart. With so many mediocre breweries springing up in small towns, it might be tempting to skip Columbia. That would be a mistake. The Brewers here make unique beers of all styles, and they are usually very good. Not for scene-seekers, but those who love small breweries will be glad they came. Recommended for beer drinkers.

We visited here for the first time today. As someone who loves craft beer and visits many places in a year, I would rate the beer at the top. I had the red ale, Belgian blond, Hefeweizen and smoked porter and all were excellent. The venue was clean and interesting, the food was great and the service friendly. Definitely a stop on every visit to Columbia.

The beer is excellent and the staff is friendly. I have stopped by this place a few afternoons to get some work done and have a beer. Ive tried a few of their paninis and they were all good. The charcuterie plate was the best food Ive had here. They have a diverse section of cheeses and meat that I havent seen anywhere else locally.

I had a pretty nice time. The environment was enjoyable and the beers were decent. I really enjoyed the bar snacks that they offered and a lot of the options were local.

This place has many styles of beer on tap with a great atmosphere. Not that many food choices, except for Wednesdays when they have Rockys BBQ which is awesome.
