We have ordered delivery from here many times. Lately it seems theres some room for improvement. Our last few orders have included fried rice which was hard. I would also echo some of the complaints others have mentioned. The owners response to another review here is ridiculous. When a customer complains about an item, and the response is "thats our house specialty, you must not have had Chinese food before", and others have complained about the same problem, then you know something is very wrong. Sounds similar to the responses you might hear from the restaurant owners on Kitchen Nightmares and such.

Neverminding the time it took to order, the food was chewy, and smelled vaguely of play-doh. I ordered General Tsos chicken, each piece was smaller than I was used to, which is fine, but it did not taste very good, the white rice would have been fine if not for the play-doh smell. I also ordered chicken chow mein, which honestly reminded me of a bowl of snot with very little chicken at all. I would not recommend them.

never had any issue with the food, the food is great tasting and served hot, acceptable fast with a very good, polite, warm and friendly service. cons would be and thats why i didnt give the 5 stars rating because surely the place needs a better looking remodeling. but the food ones again is great, surpasses in flavor or tasty food than other places. :)

This hidden gem of Columbia offers, simply put, the best Chinese food in the surrounding area. Every thing is good. Try H11: Chicken teriyaki with cheese wontons...their steamed dumplings are also quite excellent. They also make their own duck sauce. They are also quite affordable...two of us eat there consistently for under $20, and usually under $15.

Worst service I order a couple of times and the food would be cold no flavor , the bowls are the small bowls not enough food and they charge too much . After a purchase of 15 and up I get a free egg roll and they wont give it to u unless u ask and sometimes give I attitude done with this place .

I have been waiting an hour and a half for delivery. Its a Tuesday night, how busy can the place be? I have ordered good on a Saturday night and it took 45 mins, a long time, but I could understand. This was the second strike for you, Grand China. I like your foid, but I can go elsewhere.

the food was amazing and the service was decent. It appeared to be a small family run place, as we were waited on by a young girl and we heard what sounded like a small family argument from the back, but overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back given the chance.

I got sick from the LoMain. ) : They Fried to Tofu, even though I never mentioned the word fried . I asked for steamed . Whats new, all the Chinese places along Columbia are bad . Where are the standards, why are so many people oblivious to change and improvement ?

DO NOT EAT HERE. This place tried to charge me for eating there. When I declined, they spoke among themselves and walked back to the kitchen. 10 minutes later I leave and look in my food and they spit in my food. This place needs to be shut down

We have purchased take-out from Grand China and the other restaurant at this location for years and usually have very good luck with the quality of the food and service. Definitely prefer it over the other Chinese restaurant in Columbia.

The food is good, and they are nice people, my only complaint is they take almost an hour if not more to deliver intown! Something i can pick up in ten minutes takes 45 for them when you live not even 5nin away!!!!!

Rice was overcooked, Ribs were overcooked, and my crab and cheese wontons barely had anything in them, paid $30+ for food and I was so disappointed.... I will not be eating there again
