I live close to this restaurant and its the only fast food place around. Out of desperation at times I will go here but after seven years I have to say its the worst place Ive ever eaten. The staff is usually rude or just so disinterested in their work you feel like youre bothering them. The food is sloppy and if you dont check it and drive off youll probably have to turn around or suffer their negligence which is typical. And for Kids Meals if they remember to give you a toy, its usually some stupid cheap thing like milk bottle bowling which is a waste of recyclable plastic. If you eat in the dining room, you might want to bring your own cleaning supplies, as well as ketchup, napkins, etc. I wouldnt use the bathroom unless I had IBS or something, its just gross. Everything in there is run down, dirty, and broken. Other things I have experienced include being told to wait five minutes and drive back through the drive thru to get my food because they couldnt come outside, I watched my clock in the drive thru because I was curious about a previous and seemingly long service time and discovered it to be 28 minutes(18 just to get to order), and as aforementioned the countless time I was shorted a toy or food or just given the wrong order. One time my food was hot and good and the sand which wasnt falling apart and they were even nice to me so I called them to thank them. Yeah, its that bad.

The people are normally friendly but the service is very slow most of the time and the only reason I gave 2 stars is the other times I have been here they have never messed up my order. I went on a Saturday and pulled into the drive-up line at 2:26p after only 3 cars moved and I was still 2 away from ordering I pulled out of the drive-up line at 2:40p with only a few cars in the parking lot and the time of day this seems very unacceptable for a fast food place. I have a dashboard camera so the times are not exaggerated.

If i could put a lower rating i would. This place is disgusting. My "sandwich" (chicken bacon king) was the most disgusting thing ive ever seen. We ordered and waited for 15 mins a small amount of food. It wasnt even busy. My sandwich was swimming in room temperature mayo. And when i say swimming i mean in. You couldnt even pick up the bun it was so full. Then my chicken patty was almost the size of a nugget. The fries were so salty i could barely eat them. Never coming back.

I like it here. Better than the others I have been. I always get the chicken Jr and it comes out good every time, unlike the mcchickens. Granted I have waited for my chicken before because they always cook it fresh. They tell me at the window that it might be a bit and I park in the front. No matter what time of day I go everyone there is nice. If you want fresh chicken and nice service than this is the place to stop at on 283.

They have got to be the slowest BK around! They can never get the order right. I live in town and absolutely hate this place. I only go when im starving and driving by. I waited 25 min the other nite at 10pm for chicken nuggets! I watched 3 other people get their food before mine. Absolutely ridiculous place! And every time i order extra mayo, i usually get none or a drop! ALWAYS CHECK UR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!

It was 12:05 and they had one teenager working the counter. He wasnt a real gogetter but he had to keep leaving to make specialty drinks. There were people who were on lunch break who left! A few years ago it would not have been like this. Very. Poor. Service.

I went through the drive thru at about 11, the employees were extremely friendly. My sandwiches were so fresh and made to my specifications, my fries were a little over salted but my overall experience was a good one!
