Wish it could be a ZERO. This is what I submitted to Allegheny County Health Department when I got back from Kennywood Park. I only hope they shut your nasty "restuarant" down "Had lunch at Johnny Rockets on 06/14/2017. My daughter became violently ill after eating a burger, vomit and explosive diarrhea within an hour of consumption. The place was obviously filthy and I should have thrown food away once I saw how it was cooked. Flat top cook was wiping the sweat from his brow with his hands and then touching food. There was trash all over front of restaurant and the kitchen was obviously dirty."

Service was OK but the workers dont smile and seem like they hate their job and waiting on customers. Ordered cheeseburger that they dont sell and charge $1.29 for a slice of cheese. Wanted a refill on my drink, they dont have free refills, OK so I offered to pay and was told I have to wait in line again. Did I mention there was 20-25 people in line! I looked at the line and said seriously then offered to pay for it again there at the bar. She told me "seriously you have to wait in line again" and then walked away. WOW. Wonder if the workers represent management?

Worst service I have ever experienced. Paid 29.00 for two burgers, two fries, and one drink. The burger I was served was freezer burnt, over cooked, had a brown crust on the bottom of the patty due to being kept on a hot grill way to long..... the bacon was old, had a stale taste. The servers were rude, showed now enthusiasm, and showed no empathy at the poor food I was served. I felt like I was robbed 29 Dollars...it was horrible, NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I will be telling everyone I know!

The last time I went there it was amazing. Now it has completely changed. They went from a waiter and they sit you with a good selection of food and great milkshakes to I think 8 items and 2 milkshakes with no waiter. Do not go here if you want a good meal with your family at kennywood.

Worst food most outrageously priced do not waste your time or money going there 30 feet away you can get twice the food for damn near half the price kennywood is overpriced as it is this place is ridiculous
