We picked this resturant mainly because of the good reviews regarding the gluten free menu. My 9 yo daughter was just diagnosed with celiac. First of all the waitress has to provide you with a tablet to view the special menu for food allergies. Our waitress forgot and we waited 15 mins after sitting down before we even got to look at her options. My daughter did not like the options. Basically she could order grilled chicken bites or a hamburger with no bun. She chose nachos from the appetizer menu. I felt very uneasy regarding the potential for cross contamination. I was sitting in an area where we could see the kitchen. I could see multiple people touching the food items on the warming table. We ended up walking to the kitchen to speak to the manager. She was very understanding and said she would personally make sure it was prepared right. I believe she remade her food. My biggest complaint is it took forever to get her food. She only ordered chips with cheese. The rest of the table was served first and our food was cold before my daughter received her food. I rated 2 stars because I felt the manager was understanding, but I think they have a way to go in improving this experience. She has eaten at Jasons deli and Salsaritas with no issues. Both establishments were very responsive and changed their gloves. At Jasons Deli only 1 person prepared her food. They put her food in containers with a lid to avoid cross contamination when the food was delivered. We will not return to Red Robin.

This restaurant was one of the filthiest establishments I have ever had the privilege of dining in, the “clean” table in which we were seated, prior to being served, had enough residual grease left on it that I could write my name on the table. The area adjacent to where we were sitting, had food all over the floor, and it took the staff at least 30 minutes to bus the table behind us, after the patrons left. I requested an additional napkin from our waitress and never received it, and our melted ice filled glasses sat on our table through out most of our meal, I assumed there were no ice tea refills, until our waitress asked if we would like “to go cups” as she was dropping off our check. My spouse used the restroom, which he described as ‘disgusting’ even though an employee was in there with him, who he said, stepped over the paper towels “scattered” all over the floor and left, presumably to go back to work. I have rated this particular Red Robin restaurant with a one star, simply because there was no “applicable” lower rating available, if there was, I surely would have chosen it, due to our dining experience this evening. After such a scathing review, I should also clarify, to all potential patrons reading this review that the restaurant was NOT busy, to insure that there is no assumption on the part of anyone that we dined during a peak or hectic time period.

Super bummed about our service. My husband and myself took our children out to dinner after a day at the pool. We had to wait almost an hour for our food (which was burgers) when we finally got the food it was cold. The manager waited on us half the time we were there. No drink refills, no prebussing, no fry refills. This is not our first time eating here. We have eaten here when it was much busier and on numerous occassions. Generally we have had a good experience. This time was terrible. Im not sure if its new managment or specifically our server. The management did compensate the childrens food after we had to ask for the manager and basically complain. I just know, unfortunately, we will not be back.

Red Robin is a good deal any way you slice it. You get free refills on root beer floats & most drinks. You get bottomless fries & the food is good. The wait staff is phenomenal too. We left her a 20$ tip on a 50$ order... she was right on fleek. She bent over backwards to take care of us & fix our order that she caught when she brought it to the table & took it back without even asking. That waitresses was on fleek phenomenal. She was a college student so I didnt mind leaving her a decent tip. I know shes a good college student too. I know she applies her same Red Robin mentality to her school work. I dont mind funding our future nurses.

This is the third time that our service has been terrible at Red Robin. I dont think the waitresses are well trained. All 3 visits for us, the fries came out cold. When we asked for the re-order of bottomless fries it took over 30 minutes. The restaurant wasnt even busy. On these visits. Our drinks were warm because of the little bit of ice in the drinks. We asked for more ice...it took 20 minutes for our waitress to bring an ice cup. The egg on my burger was burnt. The waitresses werent friendly. If you want a good burger and good service, go to one of the local burger spots. Red robin is not worth the time and money.

Red Robin never disappoints. my favorite go-to burger is the Burnin Love burger--i order it nearly every time. ive ordered out of my comfort zone a few times, and those offerings were really good, too, but its the Burnin Love burger that keeps me coming back for more. the dining experience has always been pleasant, the waitstaff strikes a good balance between being attentive and giving you your space, and the burgers are delicious. there are few things i crave, culinary-wise: New Mexican food, Indian food, Toms Hot Fries...and a Burnin Love burger from Red Robin. Highly recommend.

Food here is what I expect from a national chain sit-down burger restaurant. The food is fine and so is the service. The gimmicky, cutesy names for the burger is a bit off putting and I feel dumb when ordering them. I have NEVER had bottomless fries and I have been here over a dozen times. The "refill" fries never come out before we are long done with our meal and ready to leave. Very disappointing. There are other better local burger restaurants here in Greensboro (that are not national chains) to choose form. Okay restaurant and food but nothing to get excited about.

Burgers are so damn delicious and customizable. Whatever you enjoy, theyre likely to have it or make it for you. The burgers leave me wanting more, though. Their pumpkin pie milkshakes are delicious and its fall, again, so Ill have to make a trip expeditiously. The bottomless fries are not so bottomless... you dont get many each time and you have to catch your waiter/waitress when you can to ask for more. I live in Winston-Salem, but Id make the trip, because their food is really good.

My experience here was nothing short of perfect. The staff was friendly and the food was truely an experience. Our waiter Fevin took her time with us and actually showed us what went well with what and to top that off after the order arrived she continued to tend to us and even brought us an extra sauce for us to try which might I say went excellent with the sweet potato fries. In all Red Robin has definitely got the top 3 in my favorite burger places!
