THIS PLACE IS AAAAWWWWWWFUL. THE MEN AND WOMEN THAT SERVES OUR COUNTRY THEY GO THERE AND EAT AND GET THERE CAR TOWED. THE MANAGER TOLD 3 VETERANS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES FOR OUR COUNTRY AND SAID THEY CAN LEAVE THERE CAR PARKED ON THE LOT. AS SOON AS THEY LEFT TO GO TO THE VA HOSPITAL THEY TOWED THERE CARS. WHEN WE TALKED TO THE TOW COMPANY THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND THEY WAS CALLED TO TOW THE VETERANS VEHICLES. I THINK THAT IS DESPICABLE AND INHUMANE THAT THEY WOULD DO THAT.

Waited in drive thru line for about five mins, just to be told their shake machine doesnt work. But hey, I HAVE YET TO FIND A SHAKE MACHINE AT ANY BK AROUND CHARLESTON THAT WORKS!!!!! WHY??!! WHY DO THEY ADVERTISE MILKSHAKES IF NONE WORK? THEY SHOULD FIRST PUT UP A SIGN OVER THE MILKSHAKE ADVERTISEMENT SAYING IT DOESNT WORK, AND HIRE SOMEONE TO FIX IT... HEY, MAYBE IT DOES WORK, AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE LYING?! WHO KNOWS?!! BECAUSE THEY WONT SELL ME ONE!!!!! ...IM SERIOUSLY GETTING READY TO BAN THEM!!!

The food and service is reeeeeeealy piss poor! Had to wait like 15 to get my order! The overall place is just nasty! Only on fountain machine works, there was some type of sticky substance all over the the ketchup packets! The area around the fountain machines was God awful nasty soda and ice everywhere! The place needs inspected by health department and shut down! Ill never go back there to eat again! Not sure which place was nastier churches chicken on meeting at our this Burger King!

Filthy place, no inside A/C the day we were there, garbage cans were overflowing inside and outside, we left our trays and garbage on the table. Tables were filthy, lots of hired help attitude to go around. Sandwiches we were served looked like someone stepped on them. The soda machine servers (2) were not operating so the counter help had to get our drinks, no milk shakes for some reason. Another reason I dont eat at these fast food places very often. Really foul......

I just wanted a burger, thats why I ended here... The first 5!! minutes nobody was at the counter. I used the time and took a natural break. After this it "only" took 3 minutes for anyone from the staff to show up. The burger itself was in a good quality. Almost the whole floor was wet - I guess they cleaned it before I arrived, but I havent seen any signs standing around. Even after I left the floor was still wet. This was my first and last visit.

OMG! I stood at the service counter for 10 minutes and I never even got a chance to place my order! What a shame, they call it work for a reason and not sit in the back and jaw jack. After leaving I called back to complain, I spoke with a lady who claimed to be the general manager who would not even answer my questions, but tried her best to change subject....WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!

These employees clearly do not want a job. A girl by the name of whitney(dreads w/ blonde tips) was extremely rude. The service is slow as hell. She wan beyond rude & I had to call corporate on her. I will not stop until these rude people are fired. They make it seem as though we are BOTHERING THEM. Every time I come here they are rude !!!

Terrible. Staff was friendly but the food was awful. Ordered a crispy chicken burger, it was Crispy all right, terribly overlooked, dried out and barely warm. The fries had probably been sitting around for a long time as well. Would have gone back and complained, but was too tired. Dont gone there, youll be wasting your money

Went here to get lunch "really quick" on the way back to class at MUSC and, with no cars in drive through and no customers insude, was asked to park and wait for order to be brought out. 15 minutes later still no order, went inside and got order. The people working there seemed to be in no hurry to do anything.

Ordered around 10am in the drive through because all the chairs were still stacked inside. We waited some 10 minutes before receiving our food at the window while the cashier was on her phone texting. The breakfast burrito was a disaster and not made correctly, however the hash browns were on fleek.

There was only 1 cook on line & she was SWAMPED!!! she stopped taking orders to take a cell phone call- NEVER TOOK OFF GLOVES, NEVER CHANGED THEM!!! Do you know how many germs are on your cell phone???? My order was for here, but placed in a bag, so at that point, I had no problem leaving!!!!

Gave our order in two different bags and took 10 minutes in between. Soda machine was messed up and stood there for 10 minutes trying to get a refill but settled for a bottle of water. Never said your welcome and always had a dirty look on their faces. NEVER AGAIN!

I really needs outlets to plug all my equipment I had to jump up in the middle of the night and drove from Georgia for family emergency....not a single outlet. Pissed I already knew the serbice was gonna suck that claim WiFi I havent been able to connect yet

I got my food within 5 minutes, but the facility wasnt that clean. They were also out of coke. How does that happen? Lastly the buttons on the drink machine are all work away so it took some work to figure out which button was for which drink.

They have no where to change a child for one the womens bathroom was nasty soda on the floors in puddles the trash cans are all over f flowing took for ever to get our food and it was not busy at all I dont see how this place is open at all

Absolutely horrible, 10 min in drive-thru line, cars in front of me kept passing bags and cups back to employee at the window, can they really be that stupid? Left BK line and went across st to McDonalds, 1 min from order to my hand.

Stop at the store a 8am and the store was closed and the would not have the store open till 8:30am on a Friday morning need to close the store till they can rebuild the store and get new people to run it

Ordered 3 pancakes and a small tea.... Tea was old and nasty sat at the window for 5 minutes two people inside did not communicate to let me know why I was waiting. I just left. Even though I paid!

I have been staying at MUSC for 4 days Ive been here three days and cannot ever get nothing from the restaurant they closed early one night the systems been down for 2 days
