I had to press a star to leave a rating. This Burger King needs to be shut down. I dont eat fast food much ,but when its late and I have no other option but to go eat fast food or cook. I try to ordervsomething. Everytime and I mean everytime I go there, they have at least a 30 min wait. That wit no customers there or there system down and it will be @ least 30mins b4 they can help u. Everytime I have to ride to McDonalds 2 miles up the road to get service. Somebody needs to fix this issue. I like Burger King more but can NEVER GET SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I was greeted walking in, and the lady taking my order used my name when addressing me and when checking me out. I ordered the chicken parmasean sandwich, sweet potato fries, and the new raspberry smoothie. The food was fresh, the drink was made to order, and they were quick. They have made so much improvement!

Been sitting out here for 15 min waiting for my food. Didnt order any crazy items, all simple. This is a consistent problem. Wether it is the management or employees, something needs to change. EDIT: Just got home and the burgers/sandwiches were not good and there were no napkins in the bag.

Was pulled up for 10 min to wait on food. Received a cold sandwich, had it sent back in only to receive a 2nd cold sandwich. Eventually had to park and come inside to watch my food being made so that I could get hot food.

Horribly slow, consistently. Im not sure what it is about this particular Burger King, but every time weve eaten here the experience has been dire. The service is sloth - slow and the staff seem disinterested at best.

Whoppers were cold and not fresh. Water leaking from ceiling and they had buckets on the counters beside the register to catch the water. This night crew always get my order wrong or have old food.

I just stopped in for a free coffee on Black Friday after shopping. This is the coolest Burger King Ive ever seen, inside and out. They have a huge LCD TV and it looks very modern in general.

I got to there at 9:30pm and waited 30 minutes in line and then had to wait out front for another 15 minutes for them to cook my sandwich. I doubt I will ever come back to this location..
