We ordered pizza and wings, a very simple order. We were told it would arrive at 7:15 pm. At 7:45 we had to call and ask where our order was. We were told it left the store at 7:09. Asked for a manager who told us she tried to call because they did not have our address (we have ordered from them before which means we are on file). Not only that but she told us that our phone was disconnected which it was not. She re-ordered the pizza and wings and told us it would be there in 25 minutes. An hour later, no pizza and we were on the phone again. They showed up an hour and 15 min later. When we first called to complain it was 7:42. The receipt showed the order went 8:05! You have a customer upset about how late their order is, and you wait 20 minutes to get the order in? Amazing how bad the customer service is here. We will be using another pizza company in the future.

My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and two orders of breadsticks from the Westerville Ohio Pizza Hut (651 S State St. Westerville OH 43081). Once we got home (carry out order) and opened the box’s we realized that one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store and the manager said he would remake the pizzas. I drove back up to the store expecting to have the two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks freshly made. But he told me that only the mistaken pizza was remade. Now I understand why they don’t want remake all the food, as only one of four items was incorrect, but as the customer who paid $28 for two warm pizza’s and two orders of bread sticks now has to eat three fourths of the food cold after driving back to the store to pick up the stores mistake. This is unacceptable to me. I will not be returning to this or any other Pizza Hut in the future.

Ill be honest, if it wasnt so close, Id never order from this Pizza Hut. Sure the food is decent, but the service for pick up is 75% of the time horrible. Its normally twice as long as they tell you on the phone to pick up. There is normally a huge line after work and everyone is always waiting for ever. I once saw a huge line and two waitresses/hostesses standing bhind the counter talking forever to each other and didnt even acknowlege the man standing there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Also, one time we ate in, a hair was in our food, and the manager took 10% off. Really?!? Thats all you are gonna do? Probably the most horrible service at a Pizza Hut of all Ive ever been to.

The reviews on this location for being a terrible pizza shop are true! Pizza Hut your manager Derek. .....well looks like hes left his day job changing tires all day and pass his garage uniform and scruffy appearance to be a pizza Hut manager! No resolving skills! Rude, Just a punk, that tells people to leave his pizza garage! Pizza Hut help this jerk get a life, and fire him! Your image & services here suck.

Typically have a great experience here with consistently good pizza. I will say that Ive learned to get a cheese lovers pizza with regular sauce and add Pepperoni and Mushroom and its much better than a normal pep and mush pizza. I always get carry out or dine in.

When you park here a big black guy that I imagine works here because he comes out the back of the building and yells at you for parking in the lot. He then goes and looks in your car and takes photos. Then harasses people as the walk to thier car.

This location has horrible service. To be one of the few sit down locations in the area, you need to do 100% better in customer service. By the way, thanks for ruining my sons birthday lunch. Youll never get my business.

Veggie pizza was undercooked, soggy and over sauced. Pepperoni pizza also over sauced. Completely inconsistent with typical Pizza Hut pizzas. Front desk lady was extremely slow at job. Wont return.
