I order from here a lot and cant remember ever being disappointed. Delivery times range from 20 minutes to 45 minutes, usually quicker when Ive got time and longer when I need it now or am starving. Maybe it just seems that way. My go to food here is the Bronco, the grilled chicken sandwich. Ive had it many different ways, but my current favorite is the Mexican which has cheddar cheese and jalapenos. Adding bacon is never a mistake. As good as the chicken is, the star may be the toasted roll. A nice crunch and just a tad garlicky, its pretty great. Getting a "platter" gives you fries, lettuce, and tomato. The steak fries are great (They have curly fries now for a little extra. Curly fries rule!). The inconsistency is with the lettuce and tomato. Sometimes youll get what seems like half a head of lettuce and a puny slice of tomato, sometimes youll get a couple leaves of lettuce and three big, juicy slices of tomato. Two tomatoes is the sweet spot for me. Id be so happy if I just always got 2 slices of tomato. If you need to add to your Sandwich, the mozzarella sticks are good, and the Caesar salad is always a nice choice (with or without grilled chicken). Id order extra dressing for the salad as the amount they put on (like the tomatoes) tends to be inconsistent. Breakfast is good as well. Waffles with strawberries, or the Guacamole Omelet (served with fries and tortilla chips) are delicious options even if the sun is down (which is when I usually order them). They make a good milkshake and the house branded cream soda can be nice as well. Im told the burgers are pretty good too, if thats your thing.

Не очень далеко. Внутри 2 зала. Один из них в цокольном этаже. Повсюду старинные предметы, пин-апы, оборудование и даже пыль с настоящей паутиной! Имеются старинные музыкальные аппараты. 25 центовая монета позволяет их запустить. Правда не всегда. Но нужно об этом сообщить официанту, и она возвращает вам монетку. Для детей имеются карандаши и раскраски. Мне сложно оценить размер этих бургеров, но они действительно очень большие. Очень рекомендую посетить это место!

DISGUSTING! I waited over an hour for what they called a BBQ burger....they werent kidding. It was literally a broken up hamburger patty, on a bun with about a cup of pink BBQ sauce. The bun is saturated. Its literally a soaked bun, a broken chunk of meat and mystery sauce. No toppings. Its literally a downgraded sloppy joe. Ive had more tasty looking food from a school cafeteria. Ive never received a more unappealing meal in my entire life. And, to top it all off, I called the restaurant and explained it to them, very nicely, and the girl argued with me about it until I literally had to hang up. I dont have time to argue about a hamburger while I am at work. They refused to compensate me, only offering me another burger with the bun on the side that they could redeliver. Its late afternoon, I am at work, and I literally dont have time to wait for another burger (especially one of this gnarly caliber). I told them I never wanted to eat there ever again, and they still refused to offer me a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and am convinced that the entire Jackson Hole chain is just a glorified school lunch program. All in all, Id put my arm in a bear trap before I ever eat here. RUN AWAY if you want to enjoy your meal! I even took a photo of it, it was that remarkably bad. Stomach turning, to say the least.

I would give this no stars but unfortunately that is not possible. Where do I begin with this?? So we get there and its a nice little place. Clean but small. We order our food. The burger was dry. It just tasted like unseasoned ground beef. The waitress crossed out our appetizer and never brought it. The waitress was at our table a total of three times. The first time was to take our order. The second time was to bring us food and the third time was to give us the check. Now I could easily get over all this and just move on with my life instead of writing a nasty review, but the waitress was a crook. So our bill was $35.60 I paid with my credit card. I just got an email today telling me that the waitress decided to tip herself $35.60from my credit card!!!!!! Making my bill total $72. DO NOT ever come here!!!! They are crooks. The waitress didnt even get in trouble. We have been refunded the money but I wouldnt ever eat here again. If you decide to come here and ignore my review at least bring some cash!!

Was visiting from out of town, Las Vegas. My daughter her friend and myself, ordered 3 burgers and I ordered a chocolate egg cream, told the waitress to bring it with my food, egg creams are better made and drank right away drink came 15 minutes later, thought our food was coming also, but then we proceeded to wait another 25-30 minute, food finally came, was disappointed, I ordered my burger medium, but it was well done, no seasoning on the meat it was a chunk of chop meat loosely formed in the shape of a burger, ate it with a fork n knife, fries were decent but also had no seasoning at all, we ordered a side of onion rings to share between us, what a disappointment, Burger Kings onion rings are better, they look like Burger King onion rings, but Burger King gives that spicey onion ring sauce! Oh yea back to the egg cream, by the time I got to drink it with my tasteless chunk of chop meat burger it was warm.

Estando en Nueva York varia gente nos recomendó esta cadena, según nos dijeron iba mucha gente local a comer buenas hamburguesas. Finalmente un día nos acercamos y nos gustó bastante. Hay amplia variedad donde escoger. El precio viene a ser unos 14-17 dolares por hamburguesa, que son bastante grandes y sabrosas. El personal muy agradable y hablan Español.

Sin Lugar a dudas las mejores hamburgesas de Nueva York. Las New York Burger son deliciosas y el ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Gramola para elegir musica y personal atento. Nuestro lugar preferido para reponer fuerzas durante nuestra visita. Hay varios en Nueva york, pero este para nosotros el mejor. 35th Street on 3rd Avenue.

Buen sitio para comer una verdadera hamburgesa ,al más puro estilo Yanqui. El local es muy auténtico , con máquinas en cada mesa para poder elegir tu música, muy auténtico. Buen servicio y calidad servicio estupendo . Súper recomendable la Hamburguesa cualquiera de ellas , la carne se deshace en la boca .
