The burgers here are just ok. The fries are pretty good but a little heavy on the salt. Anyway, I tried to order delivery from here today (12/1/10). It was 11:54 AM. They told me 30-45 minutes, which I thought was a little long for 2 burgers and 2 fries, but it was lunch time, so Im sure they were busy. After 1 hour, I called to see where my food was. "It is on its way," was all I got out of the girl on the phone. Ok, so I wait another 15 minutes. No burgers, call again. "Is your delivery man lost?" I asked. "Were very busy right now and a little backed up!" I asked her some other questions and apparently she was getting a little ticked off and ended up hanging up on me. Fine, so I wait another 15 minutes and still no delivery man. At this point is has been an hour and a half since the order was placed. I called again. A man answers the phone this time. I tell him I would like to ordcancel my order and explain to him that ist is rediculous to have to wait an hour and a half for 2 burgers and 2 fries. He puts me on hold. Gets the girl I initially spoke with. She tells me they had the wrong address. I said that was fine and asd asked why I wasnt caled though. She does not have a good answer to this uestion. Anyway, needless to say, itll be a long time before I try to order delivery from them again.

When I looked at the burger my friend got while I was still waiting for mine I was quite dubious of this place. Once I was eating my burger my whole opinion changed. These are great burgers. Well prepared and seasoned with fresh toppings. For counter service it doesnt get much better. The chili cheese fries were also amazing, delicious and mildly spicy without being overly salty. The chili would probably go great on the burger too if youre a fan a chili burger. I also liked the smallest burger was 4 oz rather than what seems to be the more usual 8. You dont have to stuff yourself if dont want to, but if you want to theyre more than happy to double up on the patties for you. Service was good and pleasant, but just counter service in the end. Also this place was supposed to be build in an old garage, but it didnt look like an old garage at all to me. Did have a nice 60s vibe though.

The burgers are pretty good (with many toppings to choose from), fries are VERY good, here but the thing that really puts them over the top is their milkshakes! I had the peanut butter milkshake and its to die for! I cant wait to come back and try ALL the flavors. :) The onion rings here are just ok. They also have a unique assortment of beers in bottles and from the tap. I cant wait to come back here and try their other large array of menu items, for example the buffalo and honey bbq wings. There was no heat in the restaurant while we ate there but I think the taste of the food made up for it. I would really drive 3-4 miles here to eat their burgers rather than traveling only a few blocks to the neighboring fast food restaurants and eat their food that is processed and food which has "beef" or "chicken" in it.

This is just around the corner from my building so we came here for a quick bite. I decided to build my own burger with cheddar cheese, siriracha sauce, pickles and ketchup. They offer different sizes of burgers, starting at 4 oz, which works for me because I dont like eating a giant burger when I dont have to. The burger came out fresh and small and somehow it reminds me of McDonalds? I dont know why but the patty tastes cheap. I mean the burger is only $5 so I guess that explains why. The flavor wise is alright. We also had the sweet potato fries and they are crispy and sweet. I will still come back for a quick bite but this is definitely not a gourmet burger place you might have in mind.

This is a pretty solid burger and milkshake place. The burgers are delicious and you can put anything on them. They also have a bunch of other awesomely decadent fried foods, like chili dogs and grilled cheeses and a options for piles of fried things. The milkshakes are pretty great, I have had the peanut butter one and mint chocolate chip. They also serve beer. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a place like this, with kind of a car/nascar theme I think. I dont like the atmosphere at all, but it doesnt make much difference for a place like this. Also, they have a TV which plays sports.

WOW! I really mean Hell Yea!!! I am a vegetarian and my BF is allergic to gluten, this place have become heaven for us. Its delicious, the portabello burger is just off the hook. And 4 my love its is very thoughtful of them to integrate a gluten free menu (which many restaurants owners just dont realize that there is a huge market for this demographic). The menu is simple and perfect,Burgers, Fries and Shakes... I get delivery order in about 34 to 40 minutes... I give this guys 5 stars... Well done Burger Garage! Cote

The owners Jim and Adam know their burgers. I mean it when I say that they serve some of the best burgers in ALL of NYC. To boot they are extremely friendly with their customers and go out of their way to make you happy. I have been a customer since opening, live in the area and try to eat their once a week. If you like Shake Shack burgers, Five Napkin and NY Burger, take a trip out here to LIC as The Burger Garage is among the elite category of burgers in NYC. Oh and definitely get the fries - they are top notch.

My burger arrived completely raw in the middle. I ordered it to be cooked medium-well. I used to order from here all the time, but have become wary in the last year or so because they take so long to deliver. When I called to have it replaced, the person was extremely curt on the phone, and hardly apoligized. Im pregnant and food poisoning would be highly detrimental. Given this last experience, Ill be sticking with the other burger staples in the area. Something has really changed since they first opened.

Down hill even.. first time I went there, I ordered a burger w/ fries and a thick shake. Service was great and the shake was the star of the show! Good enough to Still wanted to come back! Second time ordered a thick shake and wings. Crispy wings and Friendly service +1. Still Good enough to wanted to come back! Third time was just down hill, the same order as first, not so friendly service -1, thick shake had to be made twice and burger was a disappointment -1, by that time my fries were soggy.

I walked in, I couldnt make up my mind, the cashier paces back and forth eye rolling making me feel uncomfortable before even deciding if I want to eat here. I order a burger and lemonade. Between the long wait and the shouting to get my lemonade with such urgency you could mistaken this place for a theme park in time square, Im not sure what the screaming and urgency is for, but last time I checked im in a family neighborhood in queens. Wont be coming back any time soon. Xx
