I happened to be in the area after the Macys firework display for Independence Day and decided to stop by for a quick bite. It was 10:53PM when i got in line to order. They close at 11PM so i had just made it. The line moved rather quickly and my order was placed at 11PM. While waiting for my order, i used their restroom and it was FILTHY. It did not have a working faucet as well. I attempted passing this information on to an employee but he did not have a care in the world upon hearing this. After my visit to the restroom i resumed the wait for my order, which ended up lasting 27 minutes from the time the order was placed( all i ordered was a burger and fries). The employees appeared to be confusing order after order, requiring some customers to return their orders. When i arrived home, i sat down to eat, only to discover my burger was burnt to a crisp(if only i could include photos with this review). I have eaten at this establishment many times before at various locations and have for the most part had a good customer experience. I understand that it was closing time on Independence Day and all the employees were probably looking forward to getting off their shifts but thats not an excuse for the terrible customer experience i received. I would have been willing to look past the filthy restroom and long wait time if at least the food was of signature Shack Shack quality but sadly that was not the case. If you can not guarantee the same level of service and quality at ALL operating hours then do everybody a favor and close shop early. Customer experience should NOT be an afterthought. I will not be returning to this location.

At first I was upset that I ordered a Shackburger and my friend ordered a Chickenshack and fries at the same time I did but got her food first. The wait was unbearable. Every second an eternity. They even mocked me, the buzzer reading, "Patience, young burger Jedi". Once that buzzer went off, I didnt even remember I had been waiting. My friend said, "get tissues!" but I got up and ran to front, the worker yelling, "Eric". I knew it was I, Harry, who she wanted though. The walk back a blur, grabbing tissues was the last thing on my mind. Once I sat down I took the first bite after submerging the Shackburger in my favorite condiment; pepper. Euphoria within every bite...

I dont care what the Californians say, Shake Shack is waaaay better than In-N-Out. They use locally sourced food, and it is delicious. Their chicken sandwich rivals Chick-fil-as, which is a huge compliment. Their burgers are just great. Even the portobello burger that oozes piping hot cheese when you bite it is gluttonously delicious. And theyre shake of the week is always an interesting flavor, not the usual blandness. Nice that they have beer selection too. Great location as well, especially if you want to catch an event at Barclays.

Great Burgers!!! Great Fries!!! Went there with my colleagues to have lunch... absolutely loved their burgers!! I had a Shack Stack: the burger with a beef patty, veggie patty, thick melted cheese, topped with mushrooms. Really good!! Also I found their french fries among the best I have tasted. Perfectly prepared with no soaking oils. . A great place to enjoy the sunshine, nature, birds chirping and have a great meal. But be prepared to stand in a really long queue... I would recommend it to my burger lover friends

Love the concrete "Nothin But the Nets"!!! O yeah, the burger was spot on as usual. Well worth not eating the over price stadium food. Came here right after a game, and boy it was pack - the line to order was long and everyone were holding seats. Decided to wait for the crowd to die down so we walked around the area for a bit. This location offers an adequate dining area for the regular foot traffic in neighborhood, but it cannot accommodate the masses right after a game/show at the Barclay Center.

At this location, the lines may not be long but the wait to get your order still is. It seems always crowded and everything seems a bit chaotic. Shake shack should really think about a waiting area and seating areas.. Right now the crowds from each overlap. Staff was friendly enough. The food is, thankfully, the same. Small burgers, made decently well with a good price to match. Though if you are getting "to go", they dont have closed boxes for some reason! At least they didnt give one to me.

What a great location for this burger joint. It is literally right next to the Barclays center, and whats even cooler is that if you are sitting near the front windows, you can hear and feel the floor shake as the subway rolls on underneath. The food is always good, the burgers are extremely juicy, the shakes so rich, and the fries perfectly salted and crisp. Cmon...how can you not like this place? Location is also great in the sense that its right next to the mall, as well.

Shake Shack - the contender of Los Angeles IN-N-Out! Quality "fast food" for the price and in comparison to the junk fast food options we have. The staff are nice and this location is HUGE. Great atmosphere and available outdoor seating. I highly recommend their CHICKEN SHACK, which beats most fancier restaurants and their (overpriced) fried chicken sandwiches. Its also conveniently across the street from Barclays Center!

If I wanted dog food I would have went to Petco. Support local businesses! Literally 8 blocks away is a real restaurant called 200 fifth that serves burgers that are a filet mignon brisket blend not this cat food. I get it, the place is across from the Barclays. But stroll down 5th ave and find a neighborhood place with real food. A great neighborhood with great places to eat. Just saying!!

I tried the smoke burger and it was amazing loved the decor and feel. Only issue is the tables were a but dirty but then again they did have a floater going around cleaning them. Since its by the Barclay Brooklyn nets stadium, it gets crowded which may explain the table issue. The wait time was around 8 min which I think is well deserving for a burger this quality.

Its okay. Bun kind of reminds me of high school. Not really a good thing. Lol Overall, food is decent. Loud, but thats expected. Service was fast considering it was full. Chicken was crispy. Fries were good. Cheeseburger was good. Strawberry shake was good too. Wife felt something bite her. I did as well. Hopefully just psychological as it was crazy. Ha

Im glad Shake Shack opened near Atlantic Terminal! The crinkle fries are good, the strawberry and vanilla shakes are great and the hot dogs are good. Their best selling burger is the Shack Burger. Beware of the crowds when theres a concert at Barclays. Seats outdoors as well as booth seating indoors. Free water next to the condiments.
