Terrible Service! We were 3 people who ordered simple food from the menu. We waited for 55 minutes. The order never came, as well as our waiter. Other guests who arrived about 30 minutes after us received their orders. We were of course surprised so we asked the new waitress who had taken over the first waiters job about our food again. She started blaming the kitchen, without explaining why the food is delayed. After an hour of waiting we decided to leave because we had other engagements.

What can I say about Burger Mexicano... the food is good, Tex mex but good. The service though need lots of improvement, from ordering over the phone and the waiter just forgot me completely, to the waiters who dont welcome you when youre there, thanks to the bartender who took care of us that night, probably the only one who knows what hes doing, good for him he got the tip. The lay out is better now they changed the shape of the bar.

Dined on a Sunday afternoon right before heading the Prospect Park. Small cool spot, hip hop vibe. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We ordered the fries with chipotle mayo (fresh cut and delicious sauce), and the beef nachos with beans( well seasoned meat, lots of yummy cojita cheese) both soooo good. The margaritas were also good, with the kick I was looking for. Would definitely stop in again to try other items...

Heres a unique menu featuring neo-classic Mexican dishes such as burritos and tacos, along with burgers ranging from beef to veggie. The prices are mid-range but Yes, I would recommend eating here. The service is a bit slow but always friendly and the margaritas are tasty. Its a nice local spot that only has about 15 tables and it gets busy, so timing is everything. Street Parking is metered until 7pm.

I ordered a pork burrito and the hubby ordered the Texas Lone Star. The burrito hit the spot and the pork was very juicy. We also had a mezcal Margarita and a draft IPA. The restaurant was packed for a Saturday night so we sat at the makeshift bar they have. Its pretty small but it was sufficient enough for us to sit. Id definitely go back and try something else on the menu.

Remember walking in there once. Sketchy dude waiters kept rushing me to order even though I just got there. Checked out the taco prices and they were absurd $13-14 for a couple of tacos. No one could rightly justify paying that much when sunset park has the best tacos around for $2 each tops. Glad I didnt because I hear the tacos are no good anyways.

Ive been trying Burger Mexicano for the longest now. Its very good and wont disappoint. They are fast at getting your Burger ready so thats great. Now it can be a little overrated because its not the best Burger out there, just very good for once in a while. Parking sucks so keep that in mind and if you are new to this get ready to be delighted.

Small but busy restaurant with great food. Service is hit or miss. Try the guacamole and pitchers of margaritas. Great for smaller groups, anything larger than six could increase the wait. Convenient location with above average food. Price is a bit high. Not ideal for children or the aged. Highly recommended, especially for groups of 2 or 4.

The food was nothing special. The guacamole seemed fresh but my medium well burger came back well done with over cooked french fries. The advertised homemade beet ketchup never came... I also had to yell for the waiter that seemed to have paid me no mind. Great place to come to if you want slow service and mediocre food.

The food is usually pretty good. I like the fish tacos and the roasted chicken meal. The prices are a little high though. These are Manhattan prices without the location of decorum. The inside is also really dusty looking so this is not a space for a tinder meetup/date.

The Mexican food is solid, but hands down, the Mexicano Burger is the BEST burger in Brooklyn. They time the fries to come out right when the burger is ready to hit your table, and theyre out of this world! Superb margaritas.
